Fantastic experience: Coach Nate is amazing! He pays close attention to what we're doing so that we can perfect our form and get the most out of our work out. Great place to work out and/or train!

Positive experience: Adding this review so those interested can avoid their problem aggressive sales tactics. Rookie class was $160/mo for 1 workout a week, but offer lower rates with contracts. Facility is nice, and my daughter enjoyed the workout, but asked not to go back because she didn’t find it very welcoming. She said there was no effort to welcome her or facilitate introductions, which is usually helpful with groups of young kids. My husband and I were planning on asking about family and 1:1 training, but changed our minds after getting repeated, pestering texts asking us to come in and try a class after we already told them when we would be in. Use caution filling out that interest form.

Fantastic experience: D1 has just the right amount of motivation you‘ll need to start your fitness lifestyle, if not more! Not to mention the environment here is uplifting and full of genuine people trying to help push yourself to success weather that be with your self goals or the accountability you need to keep bringing yourself in each and every day. If you need help around a gym Katherine is definitely a great trainer you’ll need. She’s very knowledgeable on just about anything and everything related to a healthy lifestyle or even working yourself around any gym. Shes got great ways on educating you and laying it out in ways that’ll best help evolve your own knowledge. My experience here was great! And I’m sure yours will be too!

Fantastic experience: Awesome environment. Everyone is extremely friendly and pumps you up in the middle of a workout. This is exactly what I needed to stay consistent and motivated with my workouts. Very happy I joined ????

Fantastic experience: D1 is the best. We go as a family and love that we can workout in the adult class at the same time as our son. Great flexibility for classes all throughout the day. Great coaches and Ethan at the front desk is great. He always remembers us by name. Highly recommend.
