Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to IFA for four off-seasons. We love it there because the training is sports-specific, professional, and clean. The staff is also very kind and personable. They return calls and emails in a timely fashion. They've been able to work with our schedule, and my daughter loves it. They also focus on weaknesses and train those areas to prevent injury. I couldn't recommend a better place for conditioning!

Fantastic experience: I started with Casey one month ago and I wish I had found him a year ago! It is hard to find a trainer who can do golf specific training and Casey has that in his repertoire. I’m already feeling stronger and getting more golf fit. Thanks Casey for being so positive, motivating, and encouraging. It is going to make a big difference for me going forward!!!
