This is what they came up with based on the foods they know he loves. For breakfast, they decided on asparagus with lemons and lobster (Charlie, age 9, knows Dad loves this).

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Jessica Roy as my registered dietitian for roughly half a year now and she always has answers to my questions and good solutions to any nutritional issue I have. She is kind, knowledgeable, and I definitely recommend her for anyone considering a dietitian.

She is helping me to create weight loss goals that are manageable, sustainable, and that I feel good about. Her expertise around food, positive self talk, and celebrating wins keep me motivated and excited to keep working. Jessica truly listens and truly cares!

Fantastic experience: Very nice health club. Clean and well managed. The equipment is modern and in good working order. I don't participate much in the group classes but I did hire one of their personal trainers and she was great. I really like WOAC. One of the best managed gyms I've been associated with.
