Fantastic experience: This is my new circus family, I joined after my gym shut down and I couldn't be more impressed. Peter the manager is super friendly and takes safety seriously while still maintaining a fun environment, and the gym takes COVID precautions seriously too. And the best to me is Gina DeFreitas who I have followed from another interim gym as my aerial instructor. I am late 30s, work a ton but have a passion for silks and Gina can do, well, literally everything and tailor to your needs. She is professionally trained, encouraging, supportive, and everything I needed to make me meet my goals for silks (Have fun! Be stronger! Do drops!) I can show her something on Instagram and say can I do this? And she always says to me, I don't know, can you? With a smile in her eyes as she breaks it down for me step by step. Definitely recommend joining, and Gina for me is an incredible teacher for me for silks (although I know she does a bunch of other things too like lyra, although no drops to me is no fun, but that's just me!) She can always create a custom training based on your circus interests and the gym also has straps, juggling, etc. Highly recommended!
