Fantastic experience: Classical pilates is one of the best ways, that I have found, to help me build a better and healthier body. I consider it wonderful physical maintenance necessary to keep me healthy. The instructor I work with is awesome, patient, and thoroughly trained. I'm re-educating my body with her classical pilates knowledge and experience. Feeling better every day.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio and knowledgeable staff. The Pilates Club will be able to accommodate you regardless if you are a beginner or have a vast background in Pilates.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Pilates Club. I am a former college athlete in my 40's who has dealt with a lot of back pain. After trying every treatment option short of surgery, a good friend recommended that I try pilates, which I knew nothing about. I randomly selected the Pilates Club, and am glad that I did. About two years later, the back problems are minimal and my core is stronger than it has ever been. This is not a group class, but highly individualized. The staff is well-trained and professional. I would recommend never skipping a class when your body is sore or in moderate pain. Just be honest and the staff is fantastic about modifying and focusing on the problem area(s). In these situations I have always left in a much better position than when I arrived.

Fantastic experience: I have run half marathons, taken spinning class, and various aerobic interval classes, but Pilates is by far my favorite exercise. I had to learn to slow down and use my deep core muscles. As a result, my entire body feels better. The instructors get to know you and your body and will push you to achieve new fitness levels. It is strength and stretching combined, and something I can do to keep in shape for years to come.
