Fantastic experience: I had severe lower back problems and was 35 pounds overweight. Brian and the other amazing coaches worked with my chiropractor and my muscle activation therapist to not only get my back strong and better, but turn me into a legitimate athlete in my late thirties. I will never leave this gym or stop doing CrossFit. I'm in it for life. All I can say is commit for 90 days. If you can survive 4-5 times per week for 90 days, your life will change drastically. DO IT!

Fantastic experience: Great community and training!

Fantastic experience: I just hit being a member of Crossfit Superfly for a year now. Over this past year I have learned so much from everyone that is part of this community . The great motivation from Brian , Shane and the rest of the coaches have pushed me to being the best version of myself. I am doing things I would have never dreamed of with this great support system. If you are looking to be a healthier version of yourself surrounded by great people that have become like a family over this past year I would highly recommend giving Crossfit Superfly a chance.
