Fantastic experience: Dan Fitness Training Center is an incredible place for anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle. It is located conveniently in Mason, OH. No membership fees and a lot of options for group classes, one-on-one personal training. Dan McCalister (owner and certified person trainer) has been training my husband and I for about 4 years now. He's increased our fitness level and challenges us at an appropriate level. Dan listens to his clients to meet their specific needs. Dan and his trainers prepare workouts ahead of time and then are able to adjust based on personal/daily needs of the client. If you are feeling great, Dan can adjust. If you are feeling tired or have some inflammation, tell Dan and he will adjust so you feel comfortable. Dan's one of the best trainers in the area. He also works with kids/athletes. The training center is constantly being cleaned so you can feel comfortable working out. Your physical health will be in good hands with Dan!

Fantastic experience: I have been training under Dan for over three years. He creates new workouts each week so it never gets boring, and is always challenging. Highly recommend.
