Fantastic experience: Sam is a great trainer! Not only have I experienced it, but I’ve seen what he with my kids as well. Weather personal training, or young adult sports conditioning Burn IT is the best in town! He had all my sons competing at championship levels! (2 state qualifiers in football and wrestling)

Doesn't matter if your already fit or out of shape Sam will kick your butt into better shape. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!
