Fantastic experience: For 5 years I have been working out with Michael Seals at Strong Shop. As an "older" woman (over 65) the benefits of this training has been amazing. Earlier this year I had a hard, stiff armed fall resulting in small fractures just below my elbow but did not need a cast. Doctor said that was very unusual for someone of my age and the type of fall. Strong arms saved the day.
Fantastic experience: Great facility. Excellent trainers. Very convenient getting in and out of where they are located.
