CDPHP® Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center

Fantastic experience: We LOVE our gym. They are friendly and helpful, and everyone really seems to enjoy what they do. We recently had a health scare with our toddler while in the daycare, and everyone was absolutely amazing. Beyond the customer service aspect, the Ciccotti Center has many amenities that make it a great value, particularly for families. They've recently expanded their weight room equipment to include (among other things) power racks and cages. There are plenty of cardio machines, as well as a plethora of group classes.

Fantastic experience: My Mom became a member and asked me to come with her so i did during the summer its a wonderful center to get your daily workout which is good for me because i packed on some weight so working out for a hour and a half are two hours works out for me then i can go swimming and do more physical activites such as walking in the lazy pool which after walking 40 laps is a mile and its fun to. not only that its got really nice staff but the prices are fairly nice to. im glade my mother took me now im think of getting a member ship of my own

Fantastic experience: I just joined. I can't believe how many activities this center offers. It's perfect for every lifestyle. I decided to get serious about getting back in shape; and eating healthy. They sent a fax to my physician to fill out; then they set up a health assessment time. Their instructors all have degrees in health; and are highly qualified to help you achieve your goals. I plan on making an appointment with their nutritionist; as well as, a personal trainer. Everyone, in the two classes I took so far, were very friendly and helpful. It is ideally located on the outskirts of The Crossings Park. So it's easy to park in the park and just take a short walk to the center.

Fantastic experience: We have been looking for swim classes for our toddler and were recommended the ones here by a friend. I signed up for it online and called to pay over the phone as a non-member. We had our first class last week and we’re very happy with it. It is clearly a well-loved center as it was PACKED last Saturday with families both in the pool and the basketball gyms. I contemplated a membership, but I’m a stay-at-home mom, and require childcare at any gym I go to and the childcare here is not available due to staffing issues. If it ever does become available, we will be signing our entire family up for a membership (see my other reviews for a gym to avoid due to these issues.) The pool area is nice, clean, and well maintained. As a lifelong swimmer (collegiate level and triathlons in adulthood) I really appreciate the pool facilities. I haven’t really looked around at any of the other offerings, but it seems well worth the membership for families with children just for the indoor water park. The staff is extremely friendly and the family locker rooms are really convenient!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy to be a member of the facility. The staff is competent and friendly. The facility is well-maintained. The members by and large are pleasant. There is a wide variety of classes. I enjoy coming to Ciccotti.

Fantastic experience: Great place, clean with plenty of amenities. Hot tub and pool too with plenty of room for laps or flopping about.

Fantastic experience: Helpful staff, clean and shiny stuff. The bottom of the activity pool has some strange plastic lining which is a little disconcerting, but I assume it's for some kind of safety. Great for most ages of kids to play and the lap pool is great and well used. There is a broad assortment of classes and lots of pickleball! A very family place, so no steam or sauna :(. Lots of staff, but if you have the need for real information, be sure to speak to someone a little older.

Fantastic experience: #MembraneConcepts. We went for repairs from another installer. Found a few issues with the 60 mil membrane installation and did our best in the time and money allowed to repair those issues. Red carpet reception from staff and patrons. Looking forward to doing more business in the future

Fantastic experience: We have been members of Ciccotti Center for over 5 years and our whole family loves going. The staff is very friendly and helpful while the facilities are clean and well-organized. My kids learned to swim here and find the pool facilities fabulous.

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere, bring my Child to played Basketball. ,Good service . The Atmosphere are splendid. I only buy juices from the machines. And I love it.

Fantastic experience: Probably the premier workout center in the Capital Region. Pretty much has everything you need. Great programs. The staff is always very good. Always very clean and neat. You get your money's worth here. Very big asset to the community.

Fantastic experience: It was a perfect morning for the 16th annual "crossings challenge 5k and kids fun run" we could not have asked for better weather. The course was flat and it meandered . There is plenty of outdoor track to get a good distance of running in, although keep in mind the area is not too shaded. The attendants (even those not involved in the race) were informative and friendly. Bathrooms were clean, and parking is plentiful! I really enjoyed the 90 second CPR training that was a booth "vendor" at the crossings 5k race. Wonderful addition.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful and trainers are extremely helpful and great to work with. They have so much to offer it can be overwhelming at first but the staff makes you feel at ease. I have osteoarthritis and they work with you and what your limitations are. I love the pool as it's great on my joints. They offer childcare and many classes and programs for older children as well.

Fantastic experience: I attend exercise classes in the pool as often as I can. They are great physical therapy! The instructors are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: it is best family center in Colonie. we can enjoy it for $111 a month, but it requires $35 sign fee for adults. it has lots of facility such as pool, fitness, spinning, care center and gym for basketball also. Plus we can use group exercise for free and unlimited. you can also enjoy 1 day pass for free. just go and do work out.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best. Great staff and even better programs. If you are a homeschool family I really recommend their day program. It's outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Lots of nice clean equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool area and basketball courts. The place is also surrounded by a park which is great for running/walking/biking outside. My only complaint is the lack of WiFi.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. Traveling and needed an alternate to the hotel gym for a few days. Full featured rec center. Was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming staff is. After a 10 hour travel day it feels great to breathe a little!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful in developing exercises for my situation as I am pernanently in a wheelchair, but I remain active with the help of the staff at the Ciccotti Center.

Fantastic experience: This place is a fantastic gym facility for families. Indoor waterpark. Childcare while you exercise. Membership benefits include regular yoga, pilates, and other classes with your membership fee. Extra fee for swim classes for children and other specialty classes. The weight room is well maintained. Excellent indoor track and nicely located at the crossings. Also features an outdoor gym with plenty of tires for flipping, if you're into that sort of thing.

Fantastic experience: We rented a room for a children's pool party; party rentals are open to the public. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the pool was a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Great place for the swimmers and learners. However, swimming teachers need more patience to deal with the kids. The front desk staff are awesome. Very neat and clean.
