Fantastic experience: It has all the things you want without the stuffiness. The staff is very caring. All peoples are welcome. The facility is clean. Its does not have the biggest or best of everything. However the equipment is well maintained, clean and everyone there is friendly. Clientele and staff get along well. Many different types of classes to be had. I am enjoying my membership. It is not cheap, however it is not the most I ever paid. I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The part I was at moved down the road from the old facility to a bigger one. It’s much more comfortable and nicer with more space. The person I seen today was very professional and courteous.

Positive experience: The facilities here are pretty good, but not quite as nice as I would expect for $60+/month. Really one thing I would like to see is a nicer "cafe" area with better fresh post workout food. Right now it's pretty much all prepackaged stuff you could get at the grocery store.

Thanks to so many thoughtful, kind and helpful staff, members, endless equipment choices and amenities to customize your best workout and/or recovery plan. They care intensely about the comfort and betterment of people.

Fantastic experience: What a great place to work out at and go to. There is so much that they offer. There is group classes, a warm pool, sauna, hot tub, a rock wall, basketball, courts, gym equipment and machines, a track, and some much more. They actually care about your fitness goals and health. The gym is reasonably priced. Clean. The locker rooms have everything one would need.

Fantastic experience: This gym is expensive. For me anyways. But it is worth it!!!! I love the pool and the sauna. Hands down my two favorite things there. Staff is always happy and happy to help. Always clean.

Fantastic experience: I'm just a visitor on a one-week pass, but I wish I could stay for this fitness center. ($30 got me four days' worth of workouts.) Steve taught me several new things in the rowing class, even though I'm a master rower. Seph gave me a great tour and was patient with my jet-lagged brain. The whole place is clean, with exercise trainers who are great at explaining machines. It was helpful that shower supplies, towels, and hair dryers are plentiful. I would love to be able to take advantage of other classes and facilities, but alas, I'm here only for a wedding. Thanks for being so helpful and so reasonably priced for a visitor. If I ever come through again, I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years. I believe it's the best value in this area. The gym membership has become very diverse since the personal and athletic training programs expanded. Staff is friendly. Members are supportive of each other at all levels of fitness. The group class selection is amazing. The personal training for members is a very good value. The weight training space and equipment is lacking a bit in comparison to other facilities. But they have added a lot of functional fitness programs now. The pool and the aquatics staff are great. Towel service is included in membership. It's just a very well managed facility. My husband and I both love it.

Fantastic experience: I am surprised at the reviews. I have been a member here for about 8 months. The childcare facility is amazing, the women that run that eases my fears when I first started bringing my then 1 and 4 year old and now my kids run down the hall to get there as fast as possible. When I first started out I did a few dance fitness classes and cardio a week. The instructors were always amazing, and while some were not my style, it was not their fault or a bad personality, it just wasn't the class for me. The cleaning staff are circulating constantly. In the 1-2 hours I am there a day I run into the cleaning people more than a few times. I have ever experienced an unpleasant smell in the locker room and certainly no one is inappropriate. There are two specific areas in the three sections in the locker room, with curtains, so that if you prefer more privacy that's available to you, ontop of the several large rest room stalls. I am a germ-a-phobe and have never seen anything dirty in the locker room even a splash of water on the counter tops. As far as the training staff. If you have an appointment for personal training, they are always on time and always very friendly. The staff at the desk upstairs are very knowledgable and will help you out if you have a question about equipment or exercise. I have been doing personal training now for a 6 months, with Chad, and am loving it! I am down 20lbs, have lost 10 inches on my waist alone and have previous injuries that he has to be very creative and accommodate and does wonderful at it. Personal training is expensive (understandably) but the "wicked witch" billing lady has worked out payment plans with me each time I renew my package and I even missed a promotion once and she was kind enough to still apply it. This is not planet fitness...it's more expensive because it offers way more and higher quality staff and facilities. also they just got a new gym floor, new floor in the fitness class area, and some new equipment this fall.

Fantastic experience: High quality service, high quality facility, high quality cleanliness, high quality health focus, just all around high quality. Best gym I have ever been to by far. Value of this place far exceeds the cost.
