They will modify any exercises to personalize the class in case of an injury or if you’re just looking for more of a challenge. If you ever are looking for group fitness classes, this is the way to do it.

Fantastic experience: One of the toughest and most fun workout facilities with friendly trainers! As a former college athlete, I was looking for a training program that would meet the level of intensity I knew and loved. F45 is exactly that. And for family members and friends that are looking for a good team training environment (solo exercises but in a group environment to maintain that energy level) this workout does not disappoint!

Fantastic experience: I have never been big into group training, but F45 is a unique experience. Everyone is at a different station, so you can go at your own fitness level. You can be a beginner or a pro and get an incredible workout! You get an amazing workout with highly trained coaches to encourage and correct throughout your workout. I joined early this year and I have had incredible results! This gym has not only helped with my fitness goals, but also lead me to create some amazing friendships as well.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about F45 is that you never get bored. The workouts are varying and make you functionally stronger. The instructors are very friendly and help you correct improper posture and motivate you to push through that last rep. Shout out to Chris, Lyndee, Stephanie, Elizabeth and Devin.
