Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I love this gym. I looked at several gyms in the area and none of them were right. The owner, Brad, is a wonderful guy, talented trainer, and really cares for his members. The staff makes you feel like family. It’s spacious, has a lot of different types of equipment. The members are kind and I have gotten to know some quite well. I am moving out of state, and will miss this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym!!! I'm one of the more"seasoned" members that works out here on a regular basis, but instead of being cocky and stuffy, most all of the younger folks that I interact with are very helpful and accommodating, especially when I ask for advice about a machine or a technique. There's equipment to accommodate most every level of experience, and a very friendly, helpful staff as well. I highly recommend Energy North to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

Fantastic experience: This was my home gym for a few months. The owner Brad is very involved and the environment is perfect. Equipment is fully stocked and the building is well maintained. I can not stress how much I like this gym.

Fantastic experience: Although I haven’t been attending this gym for long, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting such amazing people. Although it’s a smaller local gym, they have a lot of equipment and they offer weekly fitness classes for all. The 24/7 access is great for night owls like myself. Brad (the owner) is super friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you come in.

Fantastic experience: This place is great for people like me when my schedule moves all over the place. They have a great visitor policy never had a single issue. The equipment is well kept by management and patrons. It's a perfect place if you can only fit 30mins your day. Oh and the restrooms are always clean. I know how important that is. Easily recommended if you live in the area.

Fantastic experience: I would give this gym a million starts if I could! I’ve spent years paying gym memberships but never going due to feeling out of place, and completely lost on what to do. This gym changed all of that for me, I’ve felt very welcomed the second I walked in, Brad (the owner) takes time out of his day to answer any questions I might have and is very motivating. Honestly my favorite gym and my only regret is that I haven’t signed up sooner!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with Cassidy, a personal trainer at Energym, and give the gym AND her five stars! Cassidy is knowledgable, professional, prepared, personable, and is the perfect balance between tough and patient. She’s just what I’ve needed to be disciplined, have a stronger core, to lose weight, to het toned, and to become stronger. Her workouts have helped me tremendously on my journey to better health physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’ve seen great results. Fantastic experience: Energym is a well maintained, clean, positive environment. Brad (owner) and staff take pride in their training and take special interest in their clients individual needs and goals. An environment where one with disabilities/challenges can focus on oneself with dignity and desire to excell ones goals. There's always a smiling face to greet at the door.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a great gym experience until trying EnerGym! Plenty of well-maintained equipment, benches, bars, machines, treadmills, and a group fitness room where classes are taught several nights a week. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been working with one of the trainers, Jay Norton, and it has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had working with a trainer. Jay is patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and has done an excellent job in helping me to achieve my fitness goals! I highly recommend both EnerGym and Jay!

Fantastic experience: It was 8 years since I’ve been in a gym. Walked into Energym, met Brad & I already knew I made the right choice! Don’t know where to start? Need a boost? Ask for Jay, he’s the best trainer out there! Made me stronger within just a few weeks, made me comfortable and made me laugh while I pushed through my sets! So thankful for Jay and this gym!

Fantastic experience: It’s been 7 years since I’ve been to the gym. I decided it was time to make time & the very first step I took into the gym, I was greeted by Bradley & introduced to two of the employees. The gym has felt like such a family, which is what I was looking for - 8 years of not being in the gym I’ve had some doubts. But nonetheless every question I’ve had has been answered & I haven’t felt ashamed for not being as knowledgeable! I’m ready for this stage in my life ( again ) and I know Energym NorthJax is the best choice I could of ever made !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Energym for 5 years. Brad has done a wonderful job of creating a member focus gym since his ownership in 2020. I recently added private training to my membership. Jay is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m looking after myself properly, and this is largely because of his excellent coaching with a focus on health and exercise education. He is helping me achieve my goals to be more fit and just healthier overall. 5am workouts are challenging, but enjoyable because of his fun and varied workouts that regularly change; this variety ensures there is no chance to get bored. Additionally, he is super reliable and great with communication. Anytime I’ve asked him a question, he has always replied to me very quickly. His workout plans include helpful video links and an easy-to-use tracking system. His knowledge about maintaining good health and his communication are really helping me achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: Gave 5 stars but would give more if I could . The energy and positive aura is so much different than any other gym I have ever worked out at . The gym itself plus the tanning is all really clean . I also don’t feel judged here and that’s important to me . Jay (personal trainer ) here is amazing ! He keeps my mindset positive and keeps me on the right track . I look forward to going here every morning. Hands down One of the best choices I’ve ever made . :)

Fantastic experience: Been working with one of the trainers, Jay, for a few months now. He is very professional, and knowledgeable in the work he does. He makes each session fun and engaging to where you want to prove yourself, to exceed pass your goal during a session. It's a great feeling to see your new personal record. He is also very patient and will make any adjustments needed. I have seen improvements in my workouts, more than I would've seen on my own.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been to a gym and felt out of place? This is NOT that kind of gym. The owner and lead trainer Brad is extremely knowledgeable and sincere when it comes to the individualized plan. He take the time to get to know you and your health goals. There even has been time where he was not available but his other trainers are just as good and keep to the plan that was laid out by Brad. The facility is extremely well maintained. The facility is very well stocked with both free weights and machine weights. There is enough cardio machines for those who need it. Brad makes sure that all the equipment is kept and maintained. Not only do the staff treat you with respect but the other members of the gym respect you and also help and encourage you on your pursuit for your goals. If you live in the area and are debating on if this is the gym for you then stop debating and stop by you will not be disappointed in starting or even continuing your physical fitness here. I pass by many of the big named gyms just to get the detailed and personalized care as well and the camaraderie between the staff and the other members. I am very happy to have chosen this gym as MY gym.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! It is so wholesome. The owner, Bradley, is so genuine and kind, as are all of the staff. There’s no judgement, and so much positivity. Everyone is like family here. My trainer, Jay, is so awesome as well. There’s so much energy and love put into this gym and you can really feel it. Excellent equipment, everything is super clean and well respected. This place is my therapy.

Fantastic experience: **Energym is my ‘home away from home’. The owner ‘Brad’ is absolutely amazing. He’s so fun and just literally brightens the gyms atmosphere. He is the energy that makes this place awesome. I was so new to the gym 9 months ago and he made my experience a breeze. Anything I needed, he was there, attentive and helpful. ***Also, Jay (the personal trainer) is phenomenal! He’s been my trainer for about 4 months now and has completely changed my physique, for the better! I’m in the best shape of my life. He’s such a caring, attentive, and understanding trainer/person. Not only does he train you, but he also educates you on your health and fitness routine. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer to be by my side through this journey. **The gym is so clean and very well organized as well. **Hands down the best gym that I’ve ever gone to in Jacksonville!

Fantastic experience: Energym is by far the best gym that I have gone to. The atmosphere is so welcoming and judgement free. The owner Brad is really focused on his customers and clients goals and helps them achieve them in anyway possible! His gym also offers HIIT and Zumba along with tanning all included in the membership which is super affordable. If anyone asks my opinion on a gym Energym is always my only answer

Fantastic experience: I travel to Jacksonville every few months, and this is the only gym I visit. Great equipment selection and layout. Two amazing lifting platforms with a high quality power rack. Above all, great staff and management. If you're in the market for a new gym, don't pass up this spot!

Fantastic experience: This is the definition of a great GYM. It has enough members for you to make new friends and feel like part of a thriving membership. At the same time ... there aren't so many members that you feel like you are competing for equipment. I can't remember the last time that I waited for a machine. Brad (the owner) clearly trats the Gym like his passion ... and it shows.

Fantastic experience: Great gym overall. It’s a smaller gym but they make great use of the space with how they laid out the machines and free weights. They have everything you need to achieve your goals! They have plenty of machines, free weights, and cardio machines. Bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Brad and Lauren are both very kind and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since before it was Energym, when it was an anytime fitness. The owner Bradley started managing that anytime and took it from an “okay” gym to a very respectable gym for anyone. However, when he took over and made it Energym, he took the gym to a whole different level. There is equipment for any specific need, excellent staff, and is very clean. For the past year I have been living 30 minutes away and have still been making the drive, due to the friendly culture Energym has and the wide variety of equipment and space.

Very clean environment and has all the necessary equipment to more than get you to your goals. Great location with restaurants right there if you’d like to have a bite afterwards. Fantastic experience: Energym is far and above every gym I attended in the past. Brad, the owner, is extremely transparent and passionate and is constantly on site maintaining the space. Positives: -Almost never have to wait for a machine or weights -Friendly staff who genuinely care about the state of the gym. -Extremely clean facilities (restroom etc.) -A "community" feeling where all members I've encountered have been super considerate and friendly. Negatives: -I didn't find this gym earlier. Overall 11/10 if you're within commuting distance and attending another gym you're making a HUGE mistake.

Fantastic experience: Very nice Gym with friendly staff. There is always someone there to answer your questions during business hours. The equipment is well maintained and the gym and the restrooms are always very clean. I think the membership is very reasonable compared to other gyms in the area. My favorite thing about this gym is its not overcrowded all the time.
