Positive experience: It's in a really good location. Easy to locate and staff was friendly. Cardio machines were separated by a plastic barrier. Plenty of free weights, machines, and a yoga area. On a Friday afternoon, 5 people including myself were in the facility.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time in years that i felt like working out and getting a better me, but i had been out of the scene for awhile and was extremely nervous. Ms. Tammy was amazing explaining everything to me and showing me around that i didn't try the free trails, i just signed up! My first class was Body Pump with Ms. Emily and i loved it. Honestly, it was tough but she motivated us and i didn't feel judgement when i had to stop to rest. Even the people working out was friendly and helped me :) after, i went to Body Flow and i felt amazing afterwards, again i didn't feel any judgement from Ms. Jennifer! My 4 year old enjoys time at the Kidzone and i feel happy when i leave. I am a satisfied customer and will continue :)

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Janet is at the front desk and she is super nice and helpful! Cici is one of the trainers and she is very helpful and always keeps an eye out if you need help or a spotter. The members at the gym are very welcoming and they have a great atmosphere there. I only came here for two months because I’m visiting some family over here and I’m so happy I picked this gym over the others nearby.

Positive experience: I don't know anything about this place.I am in a walking group that walk around the property. I didn't want to rate it but you can't get out of not rating it.That area ( the rating part) needs to be changed because a lot of time most people don't go into some of the stores in these areas.

Fantastic experience: Although this is a smaller Y it packs a lot of punch. The kids area is spacious with an outside area as well. A new cycling room, two studios for classes and a great floor area with free weights, cardio machines and even adult sizes monkey bars. They also offer personal training and health coaching.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are clean and staff friendly, attentive and helpful. My wife really enjoys going to the yoga and other classes this location provides and I love working out in the gym. The size of the gym is perfect and I have only had to wait for equipment once or twice. Dorie teaches the yoga classes at night and has been very encouraging to my wife. We get to workout and the kids are watched which is really nice and opens up our ability to really take advantage of the amenities. Bring a towel and soap, etc for showering.

Fantastic experience: Great new and clean facility with the friendliest staff! They also offer some free services that I definitely take advantage of. Last week I received a free test where I was able to get to know my cholesterol levels, blood pressure and blood glucose ! Today they were offering free hearing tests, which again I was too happy to receive!

Fantastic experience: For years I have wanted to get into the gym and feel comfortable and confident, I joined the Northside YMCA with my family and we now have created a new lifestyle change into our week. Without the friendly, caring staff that welcomes you when you arrive and tells you great job see you tomorrow when you leave I would not be continuing with my efforts. It's clean, friendly and comfortable. They do not have all the equipment that a larger YMCA has, but they definitely make up with their friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and convenient alternative to the larger Winston YMCA. The facility is beautifully designed and the staff very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Although a smaller facility it's not lacking by means, I actually prefer its smaller size. My doctors office being on the second floor is a huge plus!
