Fantastic experience: Long overdue shoutout for my favorite gym ever! This morning a wonderful worker (Laura?) had to tell me they door wasn't working. She was so kind and empathetic and they emailed me shortly after to let me know it was working again. You simply must try this gym, the Staff is always smiling and they keep it so clean!

Fantastic experience: Yes, the staff is very friendly and the gym is relatively clean. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of Mitch. I am on a trip and walked into three gyms without any issues and confidently did my workouts. I would have never had the confidence to set up deadlifts, barbells, and kettlebell let alone own my area without his training and motivation. I can walk into any gym and know that I belong there and not feel like the weak person because I have been built up by the best trainer. I have had other trainers but none that take the time to find what works for me. If he leaves the company it will be a huge loss for the community of Workout 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym in Feb and my time here with Mitch has gotten me into probably the best shape of my life so far. The success sessions are always productive and I definitely enjoy the MX4 classes with him on Saturdays. Very excited for how I’ll be looking at my wedding in Dec!

Fantastic experience: Home gym is the location in Orange Park but used this location picking up a friend from the airport. WOW! First and foremost it was the cleanest gym I've ever been in and the staff were so kind. The Female Trainer with short hair was doing a great job with her client. Strong recommendation!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and other workout stations. They even have a punching bag and free tanning with the premium membership! A small group fitness class is offered M, W, F & Sat for premium membership holders. Small locker room with two bathroom stalls and showers but they're hardly ever used since most members live nearby. Can't wait to try the hydro therapy massage chair! Monthly membership options are very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Relatively new in the neighborhood. So glad I joined! Besides the 24/hr option with great machines, there is a hydro water massage bed that is amazing! The gym assists with monthly fitness goals and offer an MX4 class on certain days included with the membership. It’s great! The staff is really warm and friendly and I always see someone cleaning. Come and join!

Fantastic experience: I want to say I really enjoy using the Duval Station facility. For a fairly small fitness center, it has everything I need and more. I particularly enjoy the massage beds after exercising. The staff members are warm and friendly and make me feel welcome when I enter and exit the facility. The equipment is very nice and well maintained despite some cardio equipment and massage beds are out of order on occasion, but it is fixed right away despite the supply chain issues we have in our country for parts that are needed. Also, the staff and cleaning crew do an outstanding job in maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the gym as well as other club members doing their part in sanitizing the equipment after use. The owner is very friendly, “down to earth”, and understanding of every member’s needs and does everything in his power to satisfy his valued club members. So happy and grateful I chose joining Workout Anytime on Duval Station Rd. A great value for the money!

Fantastic experience: this is a great gym, there's always staff on duty should you have any questions or concerns, they keep the place very clean. However, they are not requiring members to wear masks nor is the staff compliant with the mask mandate either. it's pretty frustrating that a fitness professional doesn't realize their nose and their mouth are connected.

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying my time spent in the facility working out. I have only met 3 staffers there and the 3 ladies I've talked with are genuine and have great customer service skills. The only feedback that could be improved is sometimes the music is not tasteful for all clientele. I'll have to start wearing my ear buds I guess.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Facility has showers and tanning rooms which are included with the membership. Locker rooms are clean and the equipment is in great shape. Lots of treadmills and elliptical machines to use. Plenty of weight machines and free weights. Lots of trainers to help you reach your goals. They also have massaging chairs. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Personal key card allows access 24/7. Nautilus equipment, free weights, and tread mills. They also have tanning beds and a biometric scanner. Friendly staff make for enjoyable work outs.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym. ALL of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and has a great vibe and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are new to working out in a gym or have previous experience.
