Fantastic experience: 2023 marks my third year at Athlete’s Choice. I live on the Southside, yet I’m willing to make the commute every single day. This gym genuinely feels like a family. All of the regulars and the owner, Davis are incredibly kind. The other staff are also extremely friendly and efficient. There is no commercial feel at the gym whatsoever. I recently started personal training sessions with a personal trainer named Logan and have seen more results than ever before. I specifically would recommend the 15 minute fit class to start out, especially for people on a time crunch. Otherwise, I recommend signing up for the gym’s (highly affordable) monthly membership to make sure you can take advantage of the entire expanse of equipment.

Fantastic experience: The owner is super nice, and very friendly. This is excellent spot, for flight crew members to get a quick workout in because the gym is absolutely huge.

Fantastic experience: Great owners and very knowledgeable and helpful! They have many classes including yoga! The only thing is the hours. The bad thing is they open late on the weekends at 7:00am.

Fantastic experience: Was in town for a short term business trip. Davis was very accommodating as other gyms in the area were limited or even closed. I liked how there are a lot of different machines to keep switching up the workout. Plenty of space in the gym to social distance and is never really very crowded. Olivia was super friendly and professional! She recognized I was new and made sure I knew where all the different machines were. Definitely will be back on my next trip, thank you for the great customer service!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Very clean. Very organized. You can hear the music, but it is NOT like a Saturday night dance club !! Old school feel. You walk in there, you hear iron clanging !! It is a place for serious work. Love "The Warehouse" !! Best part of the Gym !! Davis & Staff are accommodating & friendly. Huge on customer service !! Over all, if you want to work, if you want a solid, welcoming environment, HERE YOU GO !!!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down best Gym in Jacksonville! The owner Davis personally Greets every member as they walk through the door. He also encourages members As they come through the door to make sure they are FOCUSED and excited about their work out. Within the last year they have done a lot of upgrades and improvements to the gym to make it more enjoyable. They also have a wide variety of machines and free weights for whatever muscle you were trying to work out. Would not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Athlete’s Choice - Never Plataeu for three months now and I can’t say enough wonderful things about their staff! They are incredibly kind and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I do the 'Push The Limits' circuit with Davis and have really seen a change in my body in just three months. I am stronger and just feel better overall! I can’t wait to see all of the amazing things the staff at Athlete’s Choice - Never Plataeu have in store for the future!

Fantastic experience: Don't let the outside fool ya! This is a fantastic GYM!!! Inside is a huge environment with several rooms filled with equipment for any range of workout. Including a new "Warehouse" that is a must see! The people are friendly & the new owners are doing a fabulous job & fill the environment with positivity & encouragement. They offer a wide variety of classes to take at different times included in your price (or you can just pay for a class without joining if that's your only interest) & you can even choose a month to month payment instead of feeling like you have to be in a contract! I highly reccomend the Push the Limits Class. It's the only class there that is an extra cost, but it is well worth investing in! I have exceeded every single goal I've set for myself this year in that class & am definitely stronger & better in the gym (& life) bc of it! They also offer child care during the busy times of the day included in your membership, or classes.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym like 20 years ago and fell in love with the owners immediately. They became like family. Fast forward 18 years and the gym has new owners who are just as amazing. You feel like family when you walk in and that is what people are looking for. Not everyone has family and friends that encourage them. Come to this gym and you will find community and family. The classes are great and encouraging. Davis and Kellen (the owners) really care about you and your health. Just give them a chance you will see what a difference a caring person in your life can make.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Athletes Choice Gym for about 2 years. I continue to go there because of the personal attention you get every time you walk in the door. The owners are on point with the classes they offer and the trainers they hire for the classes. The owner, Davis Norton, is the best Personal trainer there is. His Push the Limits circuit class is always challenging and he is such an encouragement to everyone. He makes sure we’re doing the exercises correctly so we don’t hurt our bodies. The gym is clean, safe and the staff helps me meet my goals. I enjoy it because it’s not like the big gym of one size fits all. You don’t have women running around in skimpy clothes just to socialize. We all go with a purpose and that’s to make our bodies healthier and become stronger. Davis and Kellen encourages us on the health level but also spiritually. God’s hand is on this place. I love my gym. You should come.
