At Motion, we believe that your workout should be the highlight of your day. We offer classes 7 days a week that will provide you with constant growth and progress towards your individual goals within the group. Our trainers are dynamic and hilarious, and their diversity in training styles is second to none. Train at Motion and experience the difference today!

You can expect to hear custom, sometimes underground house, hip hop, and EDM played on our nightclub quality sound system while you train. Clients say that it's like a music festival. When you train here, you're taken somewhere else mentally and it just clicks.

Our 50 minute training sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and help you build the confidence to push yourself to the next level. Our trainers can upgrade or downgrade any workout depending on what your body needs at that moment of your journey. No matter what level of fitness you are at, we can accommodate you.

The community at this gym is amazing! We encourage everyone to be unique and to support each other. You will have constant support not only from the staff, but also from the people who workout next to you!

Our trainers are not just high level trainers...they are entertainers. The Motion team will have curated playlists designed for you each day to motivate and push you to hit that last rep.

Fantastic experience: Coach Sarah is an amazing instructor with a mindfulness based cool down/stretch! Her class is both engaging and super fun so you forget how tired you are ha! Overall the gym is awesome and super cute/clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable first impression!!! Took my first class today - Amazing. All staff greeted us by first name (hadn't met us but knew we were coming - HOW GOOD!) The Coaches were high energy, excellent communication & came over to check in multiple times. Classes member & community vibe was welcoming and really positive - If you're in OC area this IS your new training home!

Fantastic experience: Loved working out here! They've adjusted the space to keep social distancing and I felt highly secured. Workouts are really challenging and coaches take care of you and push you to your very best. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Co-Founders Ryan and Scott and Mary Beth / Trainers (Amy and others) at Motion Fitness Group are energetic and knowledgeable and passionate about working you out and making the classes entertaining and fun. The music is dope! Ryan spends lots of time mixing / creating fresh music before classes. The facility is clean and welcoming and the equipment is nice / state of the art. They will push and motivate you to level up! Fantastic, positive people. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Staff is amazing, instructors are great at guiding and motivating you throughout your work out. Always something new every week so you never feel like you're doing the same workout. Music is thumping and keeps you energized. Afternoon classes fill up hella fast so def book your classes in advance to make sure you get in!

Fantastic experience: Excellent workouts and trainers, if you are new let them know and they will help you get introduced to the training. All of the trainers are experienced & friendly, they will push you to your max & best effort, correct your form along the way. Excellent equipment, the workouts constantly change so it is never repetitive. Most importantly, you'll get results if you stick with it.

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Top of my pick rn for HIIT workouts! Bright Huge space, fun n friendly instructors, rad playlist, & spotless showers/ bathrooms... tho toilets could use a serious upgrade haha Not a fan of Orange Theory (too much cardio) If you're more info weights & cardio without so much on a machine, then this is the MOTION to your ocean hehe Instructors taken: - Amy Green! Fantastic experience: Each day is a different workout. You have arms, chest, back, legs, and, cardio, plyos, strength, and endurance. The trainers are uplifting! There is also a personal training side to the gym. I've definitely leaned out since joining.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a Metabolic Conditioning group class. Ryan was a fantastic trainer, took great command of the room, designed a great workout with minimal downtime, despite a lot of variety in exercises and station changes. Great music and a large, airy space. Even showers and towel service! Would work out here frequently if I lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Ryan, Scott & MaryBeth. So I'll keep this short, concise and incredibly sweet. From Day 1, these three will welcome you into their gym as if it were their home. People from all walks of life converge at this sanctuary of health and internal wealth. The amount of respect everyone has for each other is truly beautiful. From hi-fives to working out, you won't see a negative soul walking the floors. Ryan Hall's mindnumbing audiophilia is also a big plus - you won't hear the same song more than once, and he will literally DJ/mix a live set in real time. Combine that with his wit and candor about Taco Tuesday and not only are you having a good laugh, but you're also motivated to work harder than you ever have before. There isn't an inch of floor that isn't covered in the blood (joking), sweat (mostly) and tears (sometimes), by the time the 50 minute fitscapade is over. Both the energy and synergy between Ryan, Scott and MaryBeth charges you into an upbeat mindset and they will not let you fall behind. If you're struggling with a workout, they'll have another more viable option, and switch you on the fly (or in my case, a much more challenging one). I've been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and have been active in the gym for over 10 and to this day have not come across a group of more lively, energetic, and well-rounded individuals. At the end of the day, this is just my take on it - but I do recommend you try out the Motion train - it's one you won't mind boarding. And if my words don't speak for it, the results you obtain there definitely will.
