Fantastic experience: The place is beautiful, spacious with only the best equipment. Loved the team, they were extremely informed and helpful. And their red light pod is definitely a game changer. My recovery rate after each intense training will be cut in half now thanks to this innovative technology.

Fantastic experience: Paradigm is my favorite gym in Newport Beach, hands down! First of all, it's HUGE. There's a lot of space between machines, I never feel cramped. The classes are really intimate and I always leave feeling like I got a deep stretch and a full-body workout. They have really cool technology for recovery too, my favorite is the Prism Light Pod red light bed, it's super relaxing and helps with any muscle soreness I feel after working out!

State of the art group fitness classrooms complete with the same fitness and recovery treatment equipment used by professional athletes. Luxurious locker rooms, built to resemble the upscale restrooms found in the most modern Newport Beach homes. Fantastic experience: This place is incredible and so is the staff! I came for the personal workout stations that they built because of COVID and stayed for the people, community, amenities, and... did I mention the locker rooms? So glad I found this place.
