Fantastic experience: Great workout and energy! It’s very hot, so be prepared to sweat and purge. Not for everyone, but exactly what I was looking for. Most hot yoga studios in Miami are bikram style and don’t get hotter than 85/90 degrees. This one offers flow and HITT classes. I highly recommend Natalia’s class if you’re up for the challenge! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I have been part of the Sun Yoga 7 family for almost two years and never regret it. Owners of the studio found their way, very specific and successful in building programs for their classes. And why I am doing this review is because it was proved one more time that Sun Yoga 7 has fantastic coaches. One of the newest is Inna Alekhina; she is strong, funny, professional giving us energy all day. Thank you, guys!!!!!

I'm sort of a beginner, and it is important for me to have an instructor who can help me with poses and make adjustments. I feel like I'm in very good hands in this studio, and noticing so much progress already. Happy with my choice!

Be ready to work out with these ladies! But after Sun Yoga 7 Body Bar your life will never be the same. As well as your body This studio ticks all the boxes: exceptional service, experienced and creative teachers, cool music and design and I also love that they host dance workshops from time to time! Fantastic experience: I have been going to that you studio for past eight months. I am very happy to be part of it. The professionals work there. You can find the classes which will work for you. It can be hot yoga flow with amazing Adriana , or HIIT classes with strong Natalia . Once I stepped, now getting more addicted for yoga and that amazing studio. How that studio is warm and open for any new students , and like I said you always will find something for yourself . You just want to come more and more and challenge your body . Fantastic experience: This studio made me fall in love with hot yoga. I lost 5.4 pounds after my first week of classes. I could not believe how good I felt after attending classes in this studio. All the instructors in this studio are amazing, led by the wonderful Natalia, whose powerful energy is infectious. They are always making sure their students reach their goals, become more familiar with their own bodies, and always make sure that each class is a good time. The classes themselves are killer. It might seem hard at first sight or a little too advanced, but the instructors encourage each student to go at their own pace. So I say, don’t fret and do yourself a favor by coming to this studio. You will also fall in love with yoga.

Fantastic experience: The best yoga/boot camp experience ever! I have tried hot yoga places and this one got me hooked from the first time. Because I’m a very busy person and have no time to do many different classes (yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boot camp, etc.), I was very surprised to see that this studio has the best combo of all classes I always wished to take. I love everything about this studio: Teachers, ah, amazing! I look at Natalia and it’s like looking at the piece of Art! I get so motivated by just looking at her. Such a unique beautiful human, that brings the absolute unique experience to the class. Variety of classes is just what I needed. I take vinyasa classes with Adriana, Pilates with Liz, yoga boot camp with Natalia. It’s a perfect combo for me in one place. Teachers will push/motivate you to go next level and you will! In just a month my body became much more flexible. I see my body toning more and more with every class I take. I have never seen such fast results in any other type of exercises! Studio is clean, which is rare for hot yoga studios that smell. Well this one is cleanest ever! For the verity and professionalism of teachers you pay a fare price.
