Fantastic experience: Great gym with constant positive encouragement. Have the right amount of machines and weights to achieve whatever your goal. Very happy I decided on JLF for my fitness needs and wants to get where I need to be. It’s very comfortable and easy to lift there. I’ll be a lifer.

Fantastic experience: I worked out with Kelly for 3 years and she helped me with diet, excercise and overall health. Always positive and motivating through the ups and downs of weigh loss and health. She created a workout program that set me on a path to acheive my goals.

Fantastic experience: Joe Luv F.I.T. is the perfect gym, if your trying to bulk up, lean out, lose weight or just keep moving. I have trained with Kelly for many years just to keep walking. I have rheumatoid arthritis and she has always kept me moving. She pays very close attention to each individuals needs and abilities, to make sure they get exactly what they need to achieve their personal goals. I've always said " I'll never be comfortable in a public gym" I was wrong, I just needed a place with a fun, comfortable environment and a helpful, caring staff. Love this gym!
