Fantastic experience: The best coaches are the kindest and clearest coaches. You can find them here in this lovely family-owned and operated CrossFit gym. I absolutely love their programming, atmosphere, facilities and classes. Coming here for a class is the highlight of every day for me.

Fantastic experience: Vehicle City Crossfit is a great place, its very clean, everyone there is like family, and has great coaches. I started working out here when I was 17, I had high blood pressure and weighed 270 pounds and now I weigh 170 pounds and have never been in better shape. I am truly amazed with what I have been able to accomplish and I wouldn't have been able to do it with out the support of all the great people at Vehicle City Crossfit. I would highly recommend coming in for a workout or 3 because your first 3 are free.

Fantastic experience: I was a little intimidated to try CrossFit for the first time, but I one of the owners / coaches attend my church and talked me into trying I. Everyone was really friendly when I walked in and the coaches are kind of like personal trainers! It's fun to have a completely different workout every day and the other members are so supportive and helpful. I have been a member here for almost three years and I am now certified as an L-1 trainer too! If you're going to test the kool-aid, you should really try Vehicle City CroesFit.
