Fantastic experience: Been a member for many years. I think they are the largest indoor tennis club in area. Fitness room is also nice but they need to update cardo machines.

Fantastic experience: The facility is great. Communication with a coach that runs the lessons wasn't so great. Hopefully we will be able to get things straightened out and my youngest will be able to play.

Positive experience: Wow, was really looking forward to an adult summer program here. Signed up, paid $80 and then was told I could have a refund or sign up with a pro for lessons. Have called multiple times - left messages and no one calls back - it's been 2 months now. Well I just changed my review from one star to 4 bc I did get a very nice call back from Carl Davis. He apologized and explained the issue with the delay. Also is giving me more for my $ in tennis lessons.

Fantastic experience: Trainers and manager are simply amazing. The gym is clean, welcoming, and a lot of fun.

Positive experience: Nice place to go, but the staff are a pain to contact. I've contacted Match Point numerous ways and they only respond or call back about half the time. The website is also extremely vague regarding all their different events and plans. You have to call to get a good understanding because not all the information is posted.

Positive experience: Nice place, convenient location as I live in the Mansards. I just wish the hours of operation were better during the summer. I work Monday - Friday in Downtown Chicago and the hours of operation don't work for me so I have to join a different gym. I'd be wasting my money because I would only be able to go maybe twice a week.
