Fantastic experience: There is no equal in NWI for yoga, especially hot yoga. Not even close. The teachers are great and it’s such a lovely, welcoming space. As a yogi that practices all over the US, this is high quality, challenging yoga and a tremendous value for the price. The best!!!

Ive done every workout under the sun from crossfit to cycling to martial arts... never have i experienced such a liberating, enlightening, uplifting, rigorous and borderline impossible workout And all instructors are precise and full of experience. Amy... detailed, precise and full of the funk Rachel...Gangster, powerful and will have you questioning if you're a punk or not Lara...unique and rejuvenating. This team is like the power rangers! They're all great!!!

Fantastic experience: I love hot yoga hot yoga because it takes more than 10 minutes for my bones & muscles to warm up and become flexible. I enjoy all of the instructors professionalism. Restorative yoga is my favorite. I have released negative energy from my body and spirit. I joined the class anticipating spiritual blessings and its happening. Fantastic experience: This studio feels like home! I'm so grateful that I found this place, five years ago. The owner and instructors are all knowledgeable, passionate, and welcoming. The studio is always spotlessly clean. The energy is warm and calming. I only wish that the studio space was larger to accommodate even more students. Here, I have strengthened my practice and grown both spiritually and emotionally. FIVE STARS!

Fantastic experience: Definitely my favorite yoga studio in NWI! The yoga room is really pretty and the instructors deliver a really challenging class. The Groupon was an awesome deal but I'll definitely be back when I use up those classes. 10/10!
