The 'F' in F45 stands for functional training, which is a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts that are designed to help you with everyday movements. 45 minutes is the total amount of time for the workout, during which you will be sweating and your heart will be pumping.
The workouts are really challenging, but can be adjusted to be easier or more difficult depending on your fitness level. I think it’s great that the program is accessible to everyone.
Our gym is different than others in the area because our functional fitness training classes are always changing, so you never have the same workout twice!

Fantastic experience: I love F45! It has been so awesome to workout outside due to COVID- and there are so many protocols in place- from cleaning, to social distance and policies. I still get the same amazing workout inside their facility as I do outside now for the last 3 months since they opened. The owners, Becky and Travis are always so helpful- the trainers are so helpful and nice; there are so many, Ted, Jessie, Becky, Travis, Riley and so many others! I look forward to the time we can go inside the gym and use all the other equipment. The monthly membership is worth it to me- I am see amazing results and I cannot wait to utilize the challenge one of these times! Thank you F45 for everything- I look forward to the classes ahead!
