Fantastic experience: I am pretty new to Pilates and am learning. The times that I have been a participant I have experienced nothing but positive energy, help in understanding Pilates and what part of my body is being targeted as well as how to be careful avoiding injury. When I was younger I participated in dance aerobic classes, running and now walking. I enjoy walking but am learning my inner core is not as strong and as time goes on I am realizing after turning 60 I really need to keep using my muscles and work at keeping them strong. I love the fact that the Pilates studio is part of an art gallery and it makes it more fun to be in that environment with others working towards the same goal. Plus it is also right around the corner from Flying Goat Coffee! Who wouldn't want to drive to an Art studio, do something for yourself and have fun doing it!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Musetta Pilates was wonderfully positive. I completed 21 day standard process cleanse with Musetta Pilates during the month of January. Musetta provided all the tools, encouragement and counseling that I needed to ensure that my cleanse was a success. With the cleanse, my energy returned, I kicked bad habits, kicked sugar and caffeine cravings and lost over 10 pounds. My mood enhanced, I am now more focused and steady in all ways. I would recommend Musetta and the health classes provided at her Pilates Studio in Healdsburg to anyone.
