Fantastic experience: Love this place. It's a home away from home. Everyone is welcoming. Everyone is friendly and most importantly, they're there to push you to the best you possible. Very powerful support system that blows other local gyms out of the water

Fantastic experience: I was staying outside of town for the week on vacation, but didn’t want to miss a few of my key days of my lifting program. Buffy and the crew there let me drop in at a extremely reasonable rate. Buffy was awesome and walked me through the gym to show me around the first day. The equipment is awesome. A true lifter’s gym, but so open and welcoming. Thanks so much. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best gym ever is Still true 5 years later STS is the gym were you get goals accompliahed with a family of support ! Go ahead and let another gym try to advertise that and see if they let you show your kids how to lift with you I'm there gym . Not just that but there's so much knowledge and friendly staff to help you with everything !

Fantastic experience: It has every opportunity to try out different styles and types if lifting mechanisms and they have good programs for workouts

Fantastic experience: Love that this gym had a "loud" side and a "quiet" side. I prefer the quiet side since I'm easily distracted. The biggest selling point for me though is the children's play room. It makes it so much easier to find time to work out when I can bring my kids (ages 3, 5, and 6) with me.

Fantastic experience: I am a gym owner here vacationing and STS blew me and my teenage kids away! Great space, selections of weights and atmosphere! The kids are wrestlers, even got in a drilling session! You have it all ! Friendly as can be! Thanks ! Will be back.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. The atmosphere is what makes this gym great. There are some real monsters that train here, and they will help you to become better. They have all the equipment that you could every want and the facilities are always clean. Plus the owners are great people.

Fantastic experience: Awesome atmosphere. Family owners. I enjoy having a quiet room and a music room. I also appreciate the flexibility of having free weights and a large variety of machines to focus in on whatever it is that I want to work that day. I never get bored with all the variety.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, with all the equipment you need to get strong as well as plenty of machines and a variety of cardio equipment. Family friendly with a children's room, a quiet side and a loud side. Also, has tanning beds and a sauna available. Great atmosphere!
