Fantastic experience: Double Diamond ticks all the boxes: excellent instructors, well designed WODs, and a great family of members that ultimately become friends. A welcomed find among a sea of boxes that are over the top intense or downright unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and friendly members. Had an opportunity to practice my rope climbs today, and thanks to all the encouragement, I finally got them down! I dropped in for the week and they offer a great deal on the first few sessions. I definitely recommend trying them out if you are curious!

Fantastic experience: I might be biased as I have been coming here for 3 years but definitely a great place. I was scared sh!#$%less to start doing Crossfit as I had never been an athletic person in my entire life, but coming here was possibly one of my best life decisions. The coaching staff really cares about you and your health/limitations. They can pretty much help you achieve anything you want. They are patient and super knowledgeable. The other members are FUN!...There are days when you just dont want to work out but if you show up you will have a great time regardless of the class you are in or the workout itself. There is great fun happening at this building! They really are like a family and its a beautfiul thing to see.
