Fantastic experience: Tree of Life Yoga Studio is one of my favorite places on the planet. Stephanie and Jen are such amazing instructors. I always feel like I'm the most important person when I'm there. And so peaceful. Yoga flow and restorative are a couple of my favorite classes. And whenever there's a Myofacial Release Class... I always try to be there. Those tequniques have been a game changer for me and my neck and upper back pain.

Fantastic experience: Tree of Life Yoga is amazing! Seriously amazing - I make the 45 minute trip from Ft Collins because the owners Stephanie and Jenn are so committed and caring. The vibe of the studio and the other yogis who attend are supportive and kind. It's a great workout in a great space. Vinyasa and Restorative classes are great! Recently I travelled with them to a yoga retreat in Thailand and was blown away by the all of the attention to detail, wisdom, fun and adventure that was brought to each of us. They are mindful and committed to creating an outstanding experience in everything they offer.
