MVP Metro Club offers more than 100 free group fitness classes each week, so you can always find a class that fits your schedule. From Group Power to Yoga, Zone Training to Group Ride, we have what you need to get moving and get motivated!

We provide the latest in cardio, strength, resistance and functional training equipment. With hundreds of pieces to choose from, you will find everything you need to achieve the results you desire!
If you're looking to take your workout to the next level, our 25-yard functional training turf area is the perfect place for you. Complete with resistance and functional training equipment, it's the perfect place to push yourself. Classes offered on the turf include Zone Training (HIIT) and Training for Warriors (TFW).
If you're looking for some motivation, our team of highly credentialed, experienced, and certified fitness trainers can help you achieve the results you want.
If you're a member of the gym, you can get a free orientation session with a certified Fitness Trainer. The session is designed to get you more involved in the club and help you create a plan to improve your health.
The locker rooms at this spa are top-notch, with free daily lockers, private rental and laundry options, a steam room, and sauna. You'll also enjoy complimentary towel service.
MVP Health Points is a free healthy activity tracking and rewards program that allows you to earn up to $150 easily by checking into the club, classes, and training.

If you become an ALL-STAR, you'll get lots of great rewards, like being able to go to any location, getting bonus Health Points, being able to use the Work-Space, and getting guest passes.
The ALL-STAR membership upgrade gives members exclusive access to Work-Space by MVP, a casual, open community work-space located at 4085 Burton Street. It is open Monday-Friday for ages 21+.

MVP Metro Club: Opinions
Positive experience: Staff is very nice and friendly but not pushy - a lot of them train and teach the fitness classes. The club is clean and well ordered (I was there in the down time though). There are a few different floors. 2 fitness studios, basketball court, squash court, racquetball court, cardio room, weight room, locker rooms with sauna and steam. Towels included. Fitness classes are included in the price. Great place. Downside is parking - there are multiple options, but if you want free parking, you'll have to walk a few blocks. There's no pool here - for more money though you can have access to all of the MVP clubs some of which have pools.

They really are great people who care about the membership and make an effort to get to know everyone. They are motivating and helpful when needed. You guys rock!
