Fantastic experience: LPC is for everyone! Any workout can be modified to fit specific needs! LPC changed my life! Coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. LPC offers supervised daycare! They are also located in a great location with plenty of parking. Also, they offer plenty of classes! I recommend this affiliate to everyone!

I was not sure this was something I would be able to do given my level of non fitness but trainer Aaron is very attentive to mine and everyone levels and helping them do the work out and reach the goals. And the other members are so supportive of each other!!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for over a month now and absolutely love it. I went to several other gyms before chosing this one. The people here are amazing and have made so many friends that are supportive and the coaches are top notch. Have taught me a lot and helped me improve my fitness and push me to be my best. I honestly can't say anything bad about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am 58 yo and joined LPC a little over 2 years ago. I was looking for a way to stay fit. My job requires 10 to 12 hour shifts that you are on your feet most of that time. I am able to have more energy at work and do not feel as physically tired when my shift is over. The family at LPC is always there for you and willing to help you along. Coach Aaron is great along with the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend this Gym/Box for anyone looking for a great community and to get more fit.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism LPC has been awesome! The coaches are great and really know how to get you motivated for an always tough workout. I don’t think there has been one session in all the time I’ve been going that I haven’t got my tail kicked and that’s a good thing. Highly recommended giving it a solid try and promise you will see results.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here about a month and I love it . Feels like a family ! The coaches are amazing, encouraging and knowledgeable. They walk you through all the movements, make sure you’re using proper form and offer modifications. I love the sense of community here, the members all encourage each other and the more experienced members help those of us still learning . Can’t say enough great things about this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for a few months and my motivation only has grown since the start. The mix of having a very encouraging and helpful trainer, and InBody testing makes it really easy to keep on coming back. They are laid back, 100 percent non-judgemental, but will push you still through another rounds of box jumps whenever you are sure that you were done.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic box with a great community, excellent coaching, and incredibly tough (awesome) programming. All the coaches are enthusiastic and experienced, and the box itself is very nice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been goin here for 8 months now and love it! Great instructors and owners are so involved and love what they do. The comitment and energy is contagious. Always leave that place dying but happy! You WILL get a great workout and get stronger. This wis focused on making you a well rounded, in every aspect athlete
