CrossFit^® West Valley

Fantastic experience: After attending several Crossfit gyms/affiliates throughout the valley, 9 to be exact. I found Crossfit West Valley to be the greatest fit for these reasons (not limited to); Jim, the owner/coach, communicates and coaches very clearly to the groups and to each individual in the way that, that person understands. Jim has been excellent at helping me let go of the lifting "heavy all of the time" mindset and transitioning to a better way of working out. My endurance, strength, flexibility, and range of motion have increased greatly. Also, after visiting other affiliates, Crossfit West Valley's atmosphere is virtually void of any "clicky" environment. For everything that Crossfit promotes, Crossfit West Valley is the best value for anyone looking to improve themselves physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Awesome box. Came in for a few workouts while in town and everyone was very welcoming and equipment was top! Prices for a drop in were perfect too!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I dropped in here on a Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly. The gym was excellent. The workout kick our tails like it is supposed to do. We will definitely be back here the next time we are in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: The longest I ever worked out was 3 months, everything changed since I started going to CrossFit West Valley the coaches are amazing, they make each work out great and fun, you never feel board that's for sure. Its know been 10 months and going strong thanks to Jim and Lisa.

Fantastic experience: I live in Utah and visit AZ a few times a year. I drop in at CFWV whenever I’m in town. They have good equipment, excellent coaching, and a great environment for new and experienced crossfitters. Highly encourage anyone to visit CrossFit West Valley.
