Fantastic experience: Pretty sick gym for bodybuilders. The lighting emphasizes the muscles, great for that extra pump during your workouts. The temperature is not too cold but not too warm; this is super important for getting to your working sets. Lots of gym equipment, again mainly catered to body building. There is a lot for power lifters as well. I would say if you’re into functional training this gym isn’t suited for that type of training. Also there are a lot of really nice lifters. The only “negative” (in quotations because it’s not really a negatives, it’s just something I wish they had instead) is that some of the machines are hoist which I personally hate. I’d rather they have the free weight type of isolation machines. It’s odd because they have some, for example the shoulder press machine, but not for incline press.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic, no nonsense gym for people who are serious about their workouts. Period! Plenty of equipment to accomplish your fitness goals, whatever they are. Very reasonably priced, great owners and staff, friendly members. I mean really, what more do you need?

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, prob the only gym in the LA area that people re-rack their weights in the proper place. Little tight on space, no steam room, but for what it is I think they are doing a good job, and I never regret purchasing a gym membership with them. A great value on what they charge in comparison to the rest of the areas around.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for close to a year now. I had previously been a member of LA Fitness and 24 hour Fitness. I ended up changing to this gym because it was the closest to me. It is a small gym, but it has everything I need. There are free weights, lifting racks, machines, and punching bags on the bottom floor. The smaller top floor has cardio equipment. Overall the gym is very clean and people are more respectful of the gym and re-rack their weights. Staff is friendly, haven't had any issues with them.

Fantastic experience: This is a cool gym. They got what you need to get a good workout, clean machines and facility, and friendly staff. Avoid Monday and Tuesdays after 5 as everyone seems to be here working on chest and arms.

Very friendly staff. The manager Steve has been a great supporter of me competing in my sport of equestrian vaulting around the world including on Team USA this past summer and has helped me greatly! Amazing prices and packages. This place has been an amazing asset to my training and is a big reason I represented Team USA at the world championships in France this past summer. Thank you to everyone at this World Gym! You guys are lit!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, glad I switched to this place. The equipment is well maintained, and the floors are super clean. A big pet peeve of mine are weights randomly left on equipment/unracked; that doesn't happen here. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and helpful to newcomers, and it's open 24hrs on weekdays, which is a huge plus! Would definitely recommend.
