Fantastic experience: The kids classes are fantastic. Great environment with the right mix of discipline, hard work, learning, and most of all fun! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I found Back To Basics through a friend. The place is small and intimate and the owners know everyone's name as well as their personal goals. I took a boxing class and was scared at first, but everyone was super supportive and they made me feel comfortable. My kids now take boxing too! I have seen an improvement in just a little bit of time and I feel great!
