Fantastic experience: Awesome weight room for all, top of the line equipment to build your body, The convenience of being open 24/7 is great, the owners Bill & Star work hard to keep the gym clean for us and are very helpful and willing to to meet your needs and are now carrying alot of Men's & Women's fitness apparel & gym workout clothes and the price is right" and they have trainers to help you and Mr World Power lifter Bill Collins!

Fantastic experience: Just got a membership. The lady running (owning?) It, Star, was an absolute pleasure to meet. She was very friendly, walked us through the entire gym and all of its equipment. All the equipment itself it's newer and we'll maintained, and the gym itself is very clean and nice!

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in town! The owners are not only kind, but knowledgeable. They accommodate whenever possible and charge a reasonable fee. The convenience of being open 24/7 is immeasurable. I highly recommend giving them your business even if it just for a single session!

The equipment is top-notch and the place is very well-kept and clean. The owners are wonderful people and are available if you need any information.
