CROWN Performance

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Awesome gym- great space, good setup, and the equipment is top notch. More importantly- SUPER welcoming, supporting, and fun environment. I travel through Boise semi-often and this is by far the best gym to get a good lift in.

Fantastic experience: Crown Performance is a unique community of motivated athletes working to improve their health for whatever life throws at them. I personally focus on Olympic Lifting and Kevin has helped me improve and stay injury free. I am able to balance other interests such as running and mountain biking with a variety of fitness options, adaptations and the right coaching for whatever my goals are. Everyone is welcoming, it is a clean and well kept environment with lots of choices for whatever your fitness path is. I highly recommend Crown.

Fantastic experience: Kevin and the whole team at Crown Performance are great and I highly recommend them! Courtney works me through exercises and keeps me motivated during the training and gives great guidance on proper form. Very fun, upbeat team and awesome space to train in with experienced trainers and weight lifting coaches. I am a Physical Therapist and recommend them to people seeking to reach their fitness goals of improving strength, endurance, overall health!
