Fantastic experience: Idaho fitness factory is amazing! Super clean, great employees, new equipment and affordable prices! Them being open 24 hours a day is super convenient so I don't have to worry about squeezing a workout in. Would definitely recommend getting a member ship here!

Fantastic experience: I love the gym. All of the employees have amazing customer service! I have been with the gym since opened the State St location. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have done the group classes which were so fun and a great workout. I recommend the gym to anybody!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! Rarely busy and always clean. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Machines are always functioning correctly and when they are not staff is quick to fix. The bonus here for me is that 24 hour access. Since I work late I can come and go as I please.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym, perfect for my husband and I. We like to do a little bit of everything, from cardio to box jumps to dead lifts to yoga... this gym has it all! They let us try a class for free and we both ended up loving it! The big windows on the front of the building allow sunlight to come through so you have natural light while you're on the cardio equipment.. It even faces a TacoBell so it gives you something to work for. Overall a great gym!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! Everyone who works here is really nice. The class instructors really pay attention to where everyone is at individually and plan the classes in a way that is motivating and challenging for everyone. I wold definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a new gym to come in and check it out.

Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly and helpful. The gym is mid sized so that someone beginning or uncomfortable can feel less overwhelmed, however it doesn't feel crowded. The cost per month is amazing and without a contract it's easy to leave without feeling stressed.

Fantastic experience: Idaho Fitness Factory on State St is great. Plenty of space. I love the two additional rooms, especially the big one in back with a wide range of kettle bells and plenty of room for jump roping or push ups. Even during the busy winter months there is plenty of machines and weights available.

Fantastic experience: Been a member on and off for about 3 years. Just switched to this location now that I work downtown. Not bad! As always, nice and patient staff and clean bathrooms. Older machines than the Fairview location which I was just getting used to (after I struggled to get used to them lol). So I don’t mind the older machines here!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here on a regular basis. Living in the North End really makes this a convenient place to lift. It's never too busy (except at 5) and the staff is always super friendly.

Positive experience: I’ve been enjoying working out here. They’ve really been proactive about keeping the place clean during the covid pandemic and have made rags and cleaner readily available to that patrons can do their part. Lots of hand sanitizer. I like that it’s open 24/7. If it had rubber plates and deadlift platforms I would give it five stars.

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym for a few months, and it's great especially for 15$ a month, but this place desperately needs bumper plates and a deadlift platform. There is more than enough space in the big exercise room for these.

Positive experience: Great space and equiptmrnt but very status type trendy feel. Like you need to look great while working your a** off.

Positive experience: The 24/hr access accompanied with clean restrooms, equipment, fresh towels for wiping down equipment, along with an accountable staff, makes this place a wonderful gym to loose weight, or just stay in shape. This gym has a cost effective model for the average person to afford. That being said, it is one of the best gyms in town minus a pool or spa area.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. No complaints. It's not the biggest and baddest, but for only $15 a month, you can't really complain. It has all of the equipment I need for my workouts. (Which is fairly basic to be honest. Take that for what you want.) It's clean, and the staff is friendly. Go check it out!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing! Not long does my 25$ monthly fee include unlimited equipment for exercising, but it also includes a level 3 tanning bed that I am welcome to use as often and for as long as I’d like. One of my all time favorite things about the gym is that it also offers yoga, and Zumba. They have a list of classes they do for free for there members, or you’re welcome to use the yoga room witch has a touch screen automated system where you’re able to do yoga from a flatscreen in a secluded room! This gym is 24 HOURS. BEST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN. Also, they don’t have contracts. Best gym in Boise for sure!

Fantastic experience: In the world of Gyms, it's hard to imagine one better than IFF. They have fantastic rates, a clean and professional gym, and best of all, an amazing staff that seems to really care about their members. Forget the mega-gyms, IFF is where it's at.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I ever quit! I know it's weird writing about leaving a gym, but I find the cancellation process to be a good metric of how a business is run. If a gym tries to add in surprise cancellation fees or make you pay for extra months, or makes you feel bad about quitting. That is NOT a good gym! I'm pleased to report that the act of quitting IFF was SUPER easy and it indicates they are a great gym. The staff was friendly as always, and we even joked around as I signed the cancellation document. Why did I quit? It's not because of the gym. This is probably the best gym I've gone to. It has great equipment, awesome free weight section, two squat racks, and a punching bag. Everyone is super nice, and the staff makes you feel like one of the family. The only reason I quit is because I moved about 3 blocks from the YMCA. In this case, I would rather just walk to the Y rather than drive 10 minutes to IFF. I'm very confident that if I ever get sick of the Y I will be back at IFF because it is so awesome.

Fantastic experience: The facility is very open & spacious. It's clean, has separate rooms for those who like to workout privately or want to use their tv & workout video's that are provided for free. I enjoy coming here & the staff is very helpful & friendly.

Fantastic experience: The classes kick my @$$, but I feel great afterwards! However, the drinking fountains need to be colder... really the whole gym needs to be colder, crank up the AC! we're here to workout and that makes people hot, hello!
