Fantastic experience: One of the best boxes I’ve been a part of. All the coaches preach proper form and do not let you exceed a weight where form starts to break. The WODs are great and will test you for sure. For the guy who gave a 2 star review at least do a write up instead of just putting up 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: For the last couple of years I was interested in Crossfit but seriously afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep up and make a total fool of myself in front of everyone. After three years of going to a regular "gym" and no longer seeing a change, I knew I needed to step it up. After several months of going here, I can't say enough positive things about CFSD. This box/studio has a lot of individuals who have all different body types from very athletic to first timers. Being with everyone makes you feel like you're in a wonderful and supportive community. The coaching is very good. They talk you through each movement and make sure you understand what you are doing. They support the community with all types of events (participating in 5k's, Mudders, and more..). You definitely feel like part of the family when you are here. This place is full of great people with great attitudes! Everyone supports each other through each workout. I would recommend this to anyone that has ever considered wanting to find out more about Crossfit.
