Synergy Fitness Club - Baldwin

Fantastic experience: This gym is very nice; the staff are very courteous, respectful, friendly and also helful. Yes i do agree that they don't have the best parking but that should not matter if you're serious about going to the gym. the machines are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the equipments are not out of service for long and they have enough there. So if anyone is complaining about parking maybe they should picking up their lazy ass and start walking. That's part of fitness if they don't know. Before anyone make a decision on what these ppl write they should go and see for themselves.

Fantastic experience: Synergy gym in Baldwin is like no other . The gym is very clean and not to mention it is huge . Tons of equipment never saw a gym with equipment that is all clean , new and always in working condition ! So happy I made the change to Synergy .

Fantastic experience: For the Baldwin location this is probably the best option to lift weights and workout. They got classes as well. Great package for what you pay. The dumbells recently were replaced and new equipment added as well

Fantastic experience: Hours have changed due to COVID-19, but them staying open is helping the community stay healthy and fit. We all know a fat slob is more likely to die from this disease, and when you get in fighting shape you have a better time fighting it, and feeling better when you lose the weight. If you don’t know where to start they have trainers on staff that can help you reach whatever goals you want, lose some weight they can help with that, add 30lbs of muscle they can help with that, just new to working out, they can help you get a good footing so that you don’t feel an insurmountable challenge ahead of you. The gym is always having work done to it, and it shows! They have updated cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair climber), other gym equipment is always being added, and they have a great selection of other weight lifting equipment compared to the bigger names gyms. Which is a nice change as you can do multiple things in a short amount of time, and get the best value for your dollar. Synergy has been around for a long time, and they continue to improve, hand have pushed through this pandemic, let’s keep the small business community in Long Island thriving!!!

Fantastic experience: Synergy of Baldwin was recommended by a friend of mine and so I decided to check them out. I was greeted by the owner Steve who is professional, knowledgeable of the fitness industry, and easy to talk to. We took a tour and I was impressed immediately. I am a retired Health and Physical Education teacher and was looking for a space that was laid out correctly, clean and affordable. The gym is organized, pristine and easy to navigate through. You have choices of multiple types of machines and free weights. There are Covid protocols in place, cleaning stations everywhere, and cleaning crews up keeping the workout space. I haven’t joined any classes offered just yet, but intend to do so in the winter. There is ample parking convenient for clients. If you are thinking about joining a gym, I highly recommend you stop by and speak with Steve and grab a tour. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I drive from Seaford every morning to come to this gym. I've been to multiple other gyms in this area, including synergy of Lynbrook and I can honestly say that synergy of Baldwin is by far the best gym. Great staff, updated equipment, clean environment and its a large gym with plenty of options. I would highly recommend this gym, especially during a time when people are afraid to be within 6 feet of each other

Fantastic experience: Just got back to the gym after months of staying in quarantine. Stopped by Synergy in Baldwin and spoke with the Manager, Steve. Steve took the time to show me around as well as show all their safety protocols. The place is constantly, cleaned and sanitized and its never over - crowded. I had my fears about returning to the gym (and of course I miss my old routine) but as I settle back into the routine... It's another day at the gym and glad I went back! Kudos to Steve and the Synergy Team for taking care of their members and ensuring their safety! Looking forward to tomorrow's day at the gym!

Fantastic experience: I had previously written a review based on my personal experience training at Synergy, a great gym, for over 18 years. Two days ago, I signed my grandson up for training with John. Here is a trainer who is passionate about his work; he comes prepared, he's attentive, and he works my grandson hard. He understands what his needs are and addresses them with creativity and positive energy. I could very well be the pickiest person in the world and am always impressed with Synergy's professionalism. I live over 17 miles away and still come here. So do many of the members who joined with me back in 2001 when the gym opened. We haven't left. That says so much! Thanks Geri and staff XOXO

Fantastic experience: Was finally time to find a new gym! Toured a few places but none were a good “ fit “. A friend kept telling me how she loved Synergy so I checked them out. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Steve who showed me around. W/ in 5 minutes he knew exactly what I needed for me to reach my goals & even reassured me to try a spin class which I did & loved! By the time the tour was over I knew I found my new home. I go 3-4 Xs a week & am so glad I joined! Tons of equipment so no waiting ! It doesn’t smell like a guy’s locker room ( no offense men) & there’s always someone in the floor cleaning! You want a great gym w/ very reasonable prices? You found it!! If you do.... ask for Steve & tell him Susie recommended him!!
