Fantastic experience: It is a good price for a nicely featured ninja gym. It kept my nine year old busy a whole two hours. I don’t think it is big or diverse enough for a membership, but for the occasional visit it is nice.

Fantastic experience: My daughter does the homeschool class and it's absolutely amazing. She's learning so much and coach Morgan is great with her.

Fantastic experience: Best time today for a 7 year old's birthday. The staff was amazing. We had so much fun doing the nerf battle. Highly recommend. Will definitely return!!

Positive experience: Small space.Not too many things to be able to do for children or untrained adult.More for practice , not fun.The young men from reception was only one around and was trying to make courses and challenges. 3 stars because wasn't what I expected to be .

Fantastic experience: JCX is the best ninja warrior gym in Frederick. At first glance it seems small, but I was shocked to see how many obstacle combinations and courses the facility offers! Staff are fun, helpful, and really engage with both kids and adults. Their lead instructor Tristan is especially good with kids; he really works with them to accommodate every skill level and offers expert coaching and encouragement. I would highly recommend this gym for all ages, it’s a great place for parties and for kids looking to advance their athletic skills!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a place that's going to entertain you while you kick back and chill, go elsewhere. This is a place to test your strength and challenge your fears. We took our 12, 11 and 7 year old girls and they had a blast. They walked away with calluses, bruises, soreness and a major sense of accomplishment. The staff was great in communicating and demonstrating the courses. Listen to their tips! Try, try, try and try again. Get out there with your kids and see what your body can do.

Fantastic experience: I had a birthday party with some friends at JCX. Roy and Lee were very helpful with coaching us how to do the obstacles, and they organized some very fun races for us! If you want to have a memorable and unusual experience, JCX Frederick is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: The only ninja warrior gym in the frederick located on the second floor of FISC. Obstacles are good based and scaled off of the obstacles on the ninja warrior TV show. Also offers a variety of classes and hosts parties in a fun and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: I go there every week, and always learn something new. Everyone who works there is helpful, and is always either giving you a new challenge or making sure that everything is your speed.
