Fantastic experience: I can see why the reviews are so high. This is a state of the art facility and unlike any other on the Peninsula. My family joined and I couldn’t resist trying a class. I’m now a yellow belt next to my son and it is the perfect bonding time. More importantly the owner and staff are amazing role models and stand out in the community as example of small town hero’s. Their self defense program is state of the art and their 3 year old class is great to build self confidence in our daughter. You can also watch class form the outdoor seating area or on TV They broadcast classes every day.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Master Herb Perez for the last 5 years. I have to say that he has been a mentor and has kept my passion for martial arts alive. Every week my students and I have the opportunity to train with Master Perez and each time my students level of commitment and drive arises to the next level and beyond. Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful place! My nephew attended this place from age 3 to HS. I love how the focus is not only martial arts but learning life skills which really helped him in school and at home. I highly recommend this place for all kids and even adults as I tried a few classes and it was a fun workout.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility. So happy these coaches took over the space and created a place for children to expand thier horizons. They have brought a top notch team to FC and a number of Olympians and World level coaches. This weekend they hosted a athletic development seminar and invited the kids to train and prepare for soccer and other sports. There simply is no better facility or staff on FC or San Mateo. Everyday my son runs to get into the car to get to class for tkd and then stays for the athletic development class too.

Fantastic experience: We have know Herb Perez for the last 7 years. Our son has been a member of Gold Medal Martial Arts, now Peak Proformance since he was 5 years old. Master Perez has been an important figure in our son's life. He looks up to him and respects him as such. Herb is a great member of his community. He only wants the best for his family and all the other families and children he teaches. If you are interested in Martial Arts you should see Herb Perez.
