Fantastic experience: The coaches there are amazing! And very encouraging! Staff is very friendly as well :) I have been working out there for almost 4 weeks and can definitely notice the difference! Its not like your regular gym where you just go and hope you know what your doing, no these are classes, boxing, kickboxing, mma, etc. They are thoughtful and helpful to each other, nice atmosphere! My kids love it and the kid combat class :)
