Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is new and very extensive. Pool is huge, but the main reason I chose MA is the whirlpool and sauna. Whirlppol has been recoated multiple times in the past year. Let's hope this time it sticks and doesn't bubble up.

Fantastic experience: Love the pool. Easy on my bones and joints but when your in the shape I am.... swimming for exercise about my only option. Free membership thanks to my insurance. Also a great way to start the day and spend quality time with my wife.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get your exercise. There is a lot of equipment to work out with, a swimming pool, a walking track, dance and aerobic classes, a sauna, and hot tubs.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this gym for many reasons. The first being that there aren't many people that are at it at any given time. Next most of the people that do go are older and very respectful of each other and the machinery. They have classes which are quite fun as well as staff that give instruction on how to use machines and what to focus on.

I spent year at planet fitness and decided to come back to Marvin Altman for the showers, whirlpool and swimming pool On my return first thing .. I noticed how much better the exercise equipment was at Marvin Altman's then planet fitness I am talking they are hundred percent better made . There is no comparison I'm glad I'm back...

Fantastic experience: It's a reasonably priced fitness center located at the back enterance area of Sparks Hospital. Enjoy your choice of training programs to suit your needs for your personal goals they have a huge swimming pool. Also try the sauna or hot tub located in the locker room area. You can also enjoy yoga if you take the elevator, near the receptionist, it's only a short ride one floor up. Have fun getting fit at Marvin Altmans fitness center it's always an enjoyable experience for me hope to see you soon!

Fantastic experience: This place is my church. I love to work out, and I just love the atmosphere of this place. I go almost every day, and feel lost when I have to miss. It's my favorite place to be.

Fantastic experience: It is a well managed facility & it boasts an Olympic size pool as well as a Sauna and Whirlpool, showers, locker room. I like that it is a safe place to work out and isnt overrun by grunting shouting 21 gun salutes. The price per month is a little high but worth it if you like to swim laps.

Fantastic experience: LOVE the staff, LOVE the fact that it isn't a hangout or go to meet people. It is a fitness center to help you get healthy and stay healthy. I do wish there was a co-ed hot tub out by the pool so me and the hubby could relax together after our workout. No it isn't all blingy, the facility is always in good working order as well as clean. Except for the nasty slobs that go in and junk the place up, the staff can only make so many trips to pick up towels in a shift. PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ADULTS! I love being part of Marvin Altman fitness center! Keep up the good work!
