Fantastic experience: I met Jaws, the owner of CrossFit Kaiwai, while traveling for work in West Sacramento. We started talking about CrossFit, working out, the CF Games, and life. I told him that I was looking at the local gyms to drop into and he told me that he was the owner of Kaiwai and suggested that I drop in. I had an opportunity to drop in one evening after work and experience one of their evening classes. The gym members and coach were very welcoming and friendly, and his programming was challenging. If you're in the area and you have the chance to drop in, I highly recommend it. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym to join, and you're either new or experienced, I'd recommend giving them a shot!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a place where you are welcome and you get excellent help through coaching and peer support, this is the Box Gym for you!!!! I’ve been here since 2012 this gym is nothing but a family atmosphere where all are welcome Fit or unfit and just starting your journey you’re welcome here. We have amazing coaches from the owner Jaws and all the individual class instructors. You will not find a better CrossFit family in the area like the Shark Tank. Come check out this place I guarantee it will be a Love after first WOD (Workout of Day).

Fantastic experience: This place is great for a beginner like me or a die hard Cross Fit athelete. No Judgement from the coaches! Good atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: It's a amazingly great gym. Not only are the coches professional, they are helpful and encouraging. The people that work next to you are helpful and chearful. They all understand that people all have different background when starting to get fit. No one will look at you bad or treat you different for not knowing or not at a able to do most movements. Best cross fit I have been a part of.
