Fantastic experience: Welcome new staff member Maddie. My children learned to swim here. They took years of swimming lessons. They're definitely looking forward to being able to jump back into the pool and so am I.

Fantastic experience: I loved going here for the best group fitness class ever-20/20/20 with a fabulous teacher! Can’t wait to get back when they open, I love that I can get a gold peak tea when finished now.

Fantastic experience: Noelle my personal aquatic trainer is wonderful. She has helped me in my road to recovery from on accident I was in on Oct. 1, 2021. Would recommend this program to anyone needing to recover.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to pool therapy for about a year now. I have made great strides in my healing and Noelle is a wonderful inspiration and motivation. The pool is kept immaculate and I love the hot tub, sauna, and steam room!! My only wish would be a second set of stairs as they are often blocked on busy days. Also locks are needed on more lockers as they are only on the first section now and often there are 4 or 5 of trying to dress in a small area. I don't quite understand why there are rows and rows of lockers but no locks.

Fantastic experience: Is this the same stuff that went into the locker rooms before the lockdown? Much easier to keep clean, compared to carpet. I joined Insight when it was still Hurley in 2008. I attended at least two AquaZumba classes per week (often a third on Saturday mornings); a great way to wind down after work. I also attended Tuesday evening and Saturday morning Gentle Yoga classes with Marcia (LOVE the relaxed atmosphere!) and Yin Yoga on Friday mornings (strrrretch…ahhh). I have missed this routine and cannot wait for classes to resume!

Fantastic experience: I love working with Noelle the personal trainer she listens and she shows you want needs to be done. She very supportive and amazing and the life guards are amazing and helpful as well. I recommend Noelle if you are looking for an aquatic trainer. She is wonderful

Fantastic experience: Clean and nice establishment. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially the receptionist, Anthony and Maddie. The trainer, Bilal, has helped me immensely in recovery and strength. In addition to the training I’ve also received great nutritional advice from the nutritionist Jake, who has made sure I’m getting the proper fuel into my body to keep my recovery on track. The facility is large with plenty of machines and free weights. Along with a track, basketball court, pool, and more There’s plenty to keep you active and busy

These two Brothers who I thought at first for years were Twins are Staples of this Pool Area I think 20years known I was a Member 30yrs before Pandemic these two young Men still to me, are Great Conversationalists They are Always Helpful in Every Way They're Very Personable and Caring Always Helpful To Patients/Persons in or out of the Pool or Anything You ask that They can do for You They Will. Positive experience: In the past the facility (especially the showers) has been subpar but it now looks like the upgrade will go a long way to solving that issue. On a positive note Chis and Dave have been one reason to keep coming back. They are the best representatives of the facility, their dedication to the job and welfare of the patrons is just top tier. Glad to see they are still part of the team.

Fantastic experience: I love the Spin and Aqua Zumba classes they offer!!! The remodel they have recently done is looking great! The jacuzzi got a much needed face-lift with new plumbing and tile! The new epoxy flooring is a nice upgrade from the old carpet, the showers got a face-lift with new tile and grout, the running/walking track was resurfaced, and the basketball court looks amazing! If you remember the old smoothie bar, you'd agree it needed a remodel. They have done that! The new front desk sets the mood for what to expect with a new modern look, and those epoxy floors....Looking good guys!

Fantastic experience: I loved being in the pool, walking for exercise and doing aerobics. The brothers were helpful, respectful and caring. They were very attentive to the people in the water and I always felt safe. My fondest memories are early morning walks in the pool with my husband.

Fantastic experience: I was one of Hurley Health & Fitness original members and have never been able to find a replacement. I created several friends during those years and leaned that it was the people that made the gym. I am looking forward to visiting the newly remodeled Insight Health & Fitness.

Chris and Dave, the lifeguard brothers always brightened my days!! Such friendly, and kind guys, loved our chats after a hard workout!

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience here at Insight, my trainer Bilal has been great. I go usually 3 sometimes 4 days a week, he is flexible and lets me come whatever time I need. He texts to make sure anything new we have done did not over work me, and makes sure my pain issues do not increase. He’s easy to work with and very helpful! Love coming to Insight!

Fantastic experience: The track looks Spectacular!! I logged more than 100 miles a month for 7 years. It was the thing I missed most. To see it renewed like this is amazing. Thank you Insight! Can't wait to try it out! The update on the showers is spectacular! New flooring and the hot tub fix makes it gorgeous! Insight has helped me stay fit for 11 years. So. I am anxious for it to reopen after covid. Also anxious to see the new renovations they are planning.

Bilal is my trainer in the fitness center. He is so awesome to work with! He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help! I'd definitely recommend working with Insight!

She is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes out of her way to make sure training fits into my schedule. She understands the bad days and celebrates the good days with me. Fantastic experience: I hurt my knee at the beginning of Oct 2021. After weeks of fighting to see a doctor and receiving horrible treatment at a previous orthopedic doctor, I contacted Insight. I was able to get an MRI within a week of calling and seen Dr. Schupbach within a week after that. He was able to provide me with a detailed description of my injury and recovery plan. He knew my background history before walking in the room to see me. I have been nothing but very pleased with the quality of care Insight and their staff have given me. I highly recommend them. Andy Evancho did a great service referring them to me.

Fantastic experience: As a patient with MS, aqua therapy is wonderful for me. It's amazing what I can do in the pool that I can't do well on land. My therapist is Megan and she is AMAZING!! She gets in the pool with me and what I can't do, she's there to help. She understands the bad days and we celebrate the days I can do something without as much help as needed before. The life guards are really nice as well. Jeanette ROCKS!! She's very knowledgeable and professional. There hasn't been a thing I've needed, inquired about or suggested that the office staff wasn't able to take care of, making my experience with Insight great.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and the people that work there are always so friendly and helpful. It felt like we were all family. Everyone is always happy to see each other for the classes or the gym. They have so many different activities to attend with the best instructors. I miss it so much. I was the last person out of the pool & hot tub with everything had to shut down. Saddest day ever!

Although I am sad that they had to shut down for some time I am glad they took that time to update the gym. I can’t wait to get back, lace up my shoes, and hit the track. Fantastic experience: Great service and very professional staff. My wife and I have really enjoyed dealing with Insight. We had a month of dealing with another place that was absolutely terrible. Was referred to Insight by Andy Evancho and can not thank him enough for the referral. It was the complete opposite experience with Insight. Super friendly, professional and excellent service! Will recommend Insight to all family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I had my surgery in January of 2020, and this was the next step in my healing process. I started working with Bilal in September of 2020, since then it is amazing the results that I am getting with the exercise therapy. Bilal is extremely caring, knowledgeable and supportive of his patients, making sure that we are safe and protected during our time with him. He makes sure that you understand the exercises that you are doing and why the exercises are needed. He makes sure that you are doing the exercises in the correct form and that you are not in pain doing them. He always checks up with you to see how you are feeling later that day or the next day, sends out holiday greetings which I think is very thoughtful and caring and means a lot. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I started going to him, it was the praise he was getting through his other patients is why I asked to work with him. The other patients kept saying how great he was, and how stronger they were feeling.

Fantastic experience: Insight has been a great place to heal and recover! I've been working with them for over a year and have made so much progress. Noelle is my Aquatic trainer and she is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and pushes you to succeed! I would definitely recommend working with Noelle if you're looking for pool training! Bilal is my trainer in the gym and he is Amazing! He definitely cares about the patients and encourages you to keep going!

Always checks up on you to see how you are doing. Very accommodating with your time to make sure you can get it and not miss any days.

Fantastic experience: Biall is amazing. He works with my mother in law and takes such good care of her. He pays attention to everything she is doing to make sure she is doing it correctly. He even checks in when we arent there. My mother in law is very very grateful for him and the insight family. She has been to several different therapy places and Biall is hands down the best therapist we have met so far.

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best gym in the area. I go there for aquatic rehab as well but start is great they have all the equipment you could ever want and a full basketball court a track upstairs to jog/run , message therapy. It's wonderful. The staff always has towels for you and a locker room to shower and keep anything you need to in locked lockers. Saturday and Sunday is family day until 4 pm. During the week they are open until 10 pm and just an overall great atmosphere great equipment, a full heated pool , hot tubs, you won't find a better gym in the county. It's a higher prices gym but well worth the money. I was injured in a bad auto accident and spend a lot of time in the building in general going through physical therapy which they physical therapy is great there and all the women who work there have a great attitude and are fun to work with which takes your mind off the pain of physical therapy. I would recommend this place to anyone who can afford to go. If your looking to get healthy or stay healthy they have everything you need as well as personal trainers. Truly a great place and the best gym anywhere around by far.
