Fantastic experience: Love this box! Coaches are amazing, the people are supportive, and they have several convenient class times. Every workout is thoughtfully designed to go with the rest of the week and is published online at week start. It doesn't matter your fitness level, your size, your shape, or whether or not you know what the workouts mean. The coaches will walk you through the movements before the workout starts. And while it can be intimidating to walk into these types of gym, the members have nothing but love for new people. Each workout can be scaled to match your personal level of fitness. After 5 months, I am down pounds and inches and had to buy new jeans.

Fantastic experience: I had never done CrossFit before joining Body Evolution, but this gym has changed the way I work out- and given me a passion for it. Such a great community and an amazing staff. They will work with you at whatever fitness level you are at. So thankful I gave this place a try and found a great family to workout with. My wife and I are both members and consider this the cheapest personal training around. All we have to do is show up consistently and we know it will get us in great shape.

Fantastic experience: Great, brand new (at this time), clean & most friendly Crossfit gym. The level of classes is great for anyone who is new to Crossfit. No elitists. No cliques. Just sweaty, sweaty, crossfit happening at this box. Staff is extremely friendly & approachable. Barbell Club (2x weekly) just started up and appears to be an informative & valuable addition to the Body Evolution programming.
