Fantastic experience: As a longtime Avon location MEI Fitness member who is in Indianapolis everyday, I wanted to check out the newest gym creation of owner Mel Rivera. Wow! Mel and his MEI Fitness team folks have done a great job creating another spacious gym with a broad cross section of equipment that caters to the hard core aesthetic bodybuilders (like myself), as well as those just looking for a welcoming environment to get in shape. Locker room and equipment are clean and maintained and I love the hassle free 24 hour access. Two locations for the price of one is great too! For those into cardio (not me), there are tons of goodies for you and the whole front wall of TVs.

Fantastic experience: Sam at MEI Fitness on 96th street in Fishers is fantastic. I was transferred from the 800 number with a billing and key tag issue. Sam was super helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions and continued to help me even tho I was pretty upset. Thank you Sam and than you MEI Fitness.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, especially if you are serious about getting in a workout. They have all the equipment you would need for any type of workout. The manager Teranjeet , she take care of the the facility around the clock , she is highly involved, and takes a genuine interest in her gym ,she is always ready to help and is very patient ,Mei is the best when it’s comes to equipment and people .

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym. The equipment is constantly being updated and the place is always clean. Whether you are a beginner or an ifbb pro, this place can be your home. All skill levels are welcome, from 400+ lb deadlifters to treadmill walkers. I'm always happy to see Polly and Teran. These ladies do a great job at making members feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: Family friendly atmosphere with approachable and dedicated staff members. Always clean, available, and not overpopulated. Teran is helpful in nutrition/fitness tips and always puts a smile to EVERYONE's face, Mei fitness is my home away from home and provides a stress-free fitness environment!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Clean and great equipment. Staff is friendly, especially Teran!! Never seen an employee work as hard as her and be so thorough! As well she always has a smile on her face and builds you up and encourages you!!

Fantastic experience: Joined yesterday... I travel alot for work....i have been to dozens of gyms all around the country....this gym is top 3 in the country....equipment and accessories are #1. Music is not to my liking..and it was too loud to drown it out with headphones....(3am)...also needs more weight trees so that members could put thier weights away

Fantastic experience: Professional, Positive environment. I’ve been coming to Mei Fitness for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They are constantly cleaning to keep up with current regulations. Teran has been an amazing staff member to this location. She is always encouraging members to do a good job or if somebody doesn’t understand a machine she is there to help even when shes is not on the clock.

Fantastic experience: MEI has been a true life saver for me. The membership community is amazing. I’ve arrived at the gym many times out of pure discipline and faith that nobody ever leaves the gym worse than they arrived. The gym is open 24 hours a day which is amazing. People in the gym? Excellent. Staff? Excellent! Teran is special! She is MEI! She’s all the things! She’s is undeniably present and she always shows up for members. She shows up for everyone! Fantastic experience: Feels like a family owned gym in the best kind of way. Taryn and Sam are very friendly & keep the place spotless. Mel, the owner is constantly switching out new/better equipment and is on top of repairs in a timely fashion. Great gym and I never want to move away from it!

Fantastic experience: Favorite gym ever! I love this place, definitely the best machines in town. I love that it doesn’t get overwhelmed and people is really nice. Staff is very helpful, specially Teran! She’s always smiling around and helping out people if they have any questions. I haven’t seen her lately in this location and since then, the place seems not organized at all and ladies bathrooms have been THE DIRTIEST I have ever seen in this gym. I still go because of the machines…

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 3 years and this gym never cease to amaze me. Tj and staff are not only the best staff but they actually time to care for member's wants and needs. The equipment is by far the top in the State and if they do not have it, Mel will do anything possible to satisfy member needs. This gym is the best as far as gyms go. Cleanliness, top quality atmosphere and hardworking friendly staff. Top notch across the board!

Fantastic experience: Just want to publicly appreciate Teran at Fishers. Whenever she's present, there is a sense of leadership & professionalism that is second to none. It is so evident how much she cares for the function & quality of the establishment; including us, the customers. I've seen this girl do anything from coming in to fix a leak in the ceiling at midnight after a crazy storm, to immediately grabbing tools to assess equipment when an issue is brought to her attention, caring enough to incorporate essential oil to the atmosphere and surprisingly, all with a smile on her face! MEI is the best when it comes to variety of equipment, accessibility, and clearly, people

It’s consistently being cleaned and the owner is constantly bringing in new equipment. Whenever I have a question, the staff is responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I joined Mei Fitness in November since they were actually open and open 24 hours. Having the ability to go whenever is very important to me since I don't leave the hospital till almost midnight. The second most important thing in a gym for me is the equipment. Having been an athlete, I'm pretty particular in equipment. They are constantly getting in the newest and latest equipment at all three of their locations. They are a no frills kind of gym and I appreciate that. The owner and his staff are incredibly helpful and professional. If you just moved to Indy or are looking for a new gym, I highly recommend Mei Fitness!

Fantastic experience: This place is great and I'll tell you exactly why. I've worked at a gym, been university gym, LA, lifetime, planet fitness, the Y - I even used to come to cardinal fitness at this location. This has probably been the cleanest and most well-maintained out of all of them. Always stocked on towels, the bathrooms are clean, and any maintenance is handled expeditiously while other places take weeks and months. There is a girl that works here named Teranjeet who is always making sure that the place is spotless and that the equipment is in operation. She is also a majority of the reason I felt this review was warranted, as I feel she basically runs the place. I know what its like working at a gym and honestly whatever shes getting paid, shes worth double. I assumed she is a manager because she does more around there than anyone ive seen at any gym. She told me she wasn't which was surprising because her work ethic is unmatched. She's even out here cleaning off the clock. A person as dedicated as that to any organization is an invaluable asset and I would want people like her on my team. Nobody wants to dust off the fans, clean toilets, replace ceiling tiles, or repair machines, but she will. Absolute unit of an employee. The staff in general is very helpful, but not as personable as she is. I havent been to a gym as consistently as this since college and I might attribute part of that to the things mentioned above. Great place, clean, and reasonably priced, and 24/7? Gimme a break. Plenty of room for compound and olympic lifts, big shout out to the owner, thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Mei fitness has become my home away from home. I am more than impressed with equipment and staff. In the years I have been at Mei so many have stood out staff wise one in particular I have noticed working incredibly hard and going over the top, Teranjeet. Her smile lights up that gym space. She is so friendly to all the members, makes sure that place is in tip top shape, and goes well above and beyond in her job. I can not say enough good things about this gym keep it up!

Fantastic experience: By far the best facility around!! This location is amazing from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business. I don't hesitate recommending Mei to anyone. Fantastic experience: I recommend Mei Fitness to everyone I talk to about working out. I used to be a lifetime fitness member but with the new hours I can never work out whenever I want. Now I can come at anytime and still use the sauna and do my normal routine however I please.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve been to in a very long time. I spend most of my time at the Fishers location, and after over a years worth of training there it continues to impress me. The staff, atmosphere, and cleanliness have exceeded my expectation since the day I walked in. At other gyms, I’ve felt out of place when doing the type of training I do and working hard. I have never felt judged at Mei and I’ve always respected and appreciated that.

Fantastic experience: This truly feels like a second home/family . I've never been happier at a gym! It's well-maintained and clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful. My son loves the kids area as well which makes it easier for me to relax and get a good workout in.

Fantastic experience: As a first time gym-goer my experience has been so welcoming. I had lots of reservations about being a part of a gym and was initially very fearful. However, at MEI I have not only had access to great equipment that has helped me change how I look physically, but also I have access to a community that cheers me on while doing so! I feel like I am not only improving myself but I am also being lifted up by the community and I would not trade that! I would take a half hour and come by for a tour. There are several gyms that are closer to me, but I drive over 15 minutes for the environment!

Fantastic experience: I am a senior citizen and have been going to Mei's for years. I enjoy the fact that when I walk in & TeranJeet is at the front desk , she ALWAYS has a big smile & Good morning! She is very friendly, polite, and PROFESSIONAL. I enjoy talking to her, & she is very helpful . She is constantly busy with keeping the facilities clean . It is a fun place to go. Everyone of ALL ages are very Friendly.

Fantastic experience: This has been my home away from home for a few years currently. There is a vast array of equipment to use and it is always being updated thanks to the owner Mel. He is a rare business owner that actually cares about the people that come into his establishment. They always strive for the best environment anyone could ask for and it shows. Hands down best gym I have ever attended.

Fantastic experience: I just started my gym experience about 3 months ago and Mei has been awesome. Lots of equipment options especially for more professional hard core gym attendees. My boyfriend is very particular about his gym equipment and Mei is wonderful if you're thinking of pursuing competitive body building or certain physiques. Everyone is nice and they also have a sauna and training options.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout goes to an adorable elderly lady & her partner in crime tackling those windows in Fishers then to come to Keystone Location today to see those 2 yet again with the windows... Coming from a freakishly tall guy I appreciate the partner in crime who stood on tip toes to make sure the tops of mirrors were clean for my tall guy selfies! Much love & appreciation for those hardworking ladies ! Such a clean gym I have no worries about any COVID stuff while working out at those 2 locations. THANK YOU MEI FITNESS !!

Fantastic experience: I spent several years working out at LA. Recently, I joined Mei. As I was signing up Mel (the owner) came up introduced himself and welcomed me to his gym. A week or so later I’ve noticed this gym is spotless and smells clean! The staff is always cleaning and wiping down machines. No machine is broken and no barbells are bent. Also, this gym being a true 24hrs is also really convenient. I recommend trying this gym!!

Fantastic experience: By far best fitness facility I’ve ever trained at in my 40 plus years bodybuilding and fitness training. Locally owned and open 24 hours gives this gym a big advantage over other local facilities. I love the fact the owner is always changing and adding new equipment, and it’s clean,clean,clean. Good vibe with all ages of people from HS kids to old guys like me. Very affordable, check this one out if your looking for a great place to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love working out here. Such a warm family-friendly environment. The owner does his best to accommodate needs of members and gets certain machines according to the members wants. Not your typical branch chain corporate owned gym, this owner definitely puts us first unlike those corporate gyms. There is a sense of community here, we all support and lift each other. No matter where you are in your journey you BELONG HERE!! Your opinion matters. Fantastic experience: My husband and I joke that we moved back to Fishers for this gym. We absolutely love this gym, the equipment, the staff, and how clean they keep it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner even takes time to chat and find out new ways to improve his gym. I truly enjoy the positive atmosphere here!

Fantastic experience: Mei Fitness is the best 24 hour fitness gym I've ever worked out in. The gym has everything an average fitness goer could want and more! The best part about the gym to me is the staff. Griffin, the manager of the Fishers location, is super helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I have had to cancel and reopen my membership several times and he always makes sure I'm taken care of. Plus, his workout sessions are money and he definitely is effective at helping people reach their fitness goals! Go to Mei, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I have been a member since October 2016; I dont think I've missed more than one day a week since I started. The gym offers an environment that is motivating to workout/train and puts you in a mood where you can't wait to come back... ...They have a great staff and wonderful members with many different fitness goals. They are constantly adding new equipment. Plus you never have to wait in line to use anything... As I started this review, I absolutely love this gym! I am on my way to achieving my fitness goals for tge 1st time in 5 years; when I reach them Mei Fitness will definitely be given much credit for my success!

Fantastic experience: Mei Fitness is the best gym in this side of town offering plenty of equipment and a great variety of them too. This gym has a very friendly environment, I have seen people from all backgrounds and different levels of experience come to Mei Fitness and not just the employees are ready to help but also the members themselves are so friendly and helpful to each other. One of my favorite things is that they are always playing christian music which always ministers to my life. This gym is without a doubt the best place to workout at and I will recommend it to everybody.

Fantastic experience: I love Mei Fitness! The gym is personal, convenient, and the staff is very nice! I've had my membership since October and the atmosphere is awesome! Also, the gym is always very clean. There is a variety of gym equipment that people can use as well! There is also FREE kid care, so it is family friendly! Also, FREE classes! The only thing I wish was that they would have more stair masters, because sometimes they are taken and I have to wait. Otherwise, I recommend this gym to all friends and families!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to. It has state of the art equipment, some things I have never seen before (like the Olympic rig). There's always something new to try and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" would be the line for the tanning bed, SOMETIMES (not always super long, but I like to tan at the very beginning.) I am a member for as long as I live in Indy!

Fantastic experience: This facility is terrific! The equipment is top-notch but what makes this place special are the PEOPLE (both the members AND employees)! I see a wide range of people working out - all body shapes and sizes and all ages (teenagers to older folks). The front desk people ALWAYS greet you upon your entrance with a ready smile. The trainers are amazing - most especially ANTHONY. Oh, my goodness, what an outstanding trainer. His classes are always well attended and I've spoken to others who say that HE is the reason why they are members of this gym. The gym is always clean (I see employees routinely cleaning all the time), the sauna is large and oh-so-nice after a hard workout. They even have a small child care area and a tanning bed. Nice men's and women's separate changing rooms with lockers (it's the first come-first filled and then use your own padlock). Filtered water on tap for filling up your water bottles. Very reasonable monthly fees. Honestly, I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I am a 54 year old man who has been a life long weight trainer. I actually own my own personal training facility in Westfield. I had a serious accident with surgery in December that put me in a wheelchair until a month ago. I found Mei fitness because it was close. It is one of the best appointed, run fitness centers I have ever been in. It is immaculately clean. If you are handicapped it offers so many options for you to maintain your fitness. If you are a hardcore strength athlete you will be impressed. Mel and his staff make you feel like family. No pretense; awesome equipment choices; super knowledgeable people; perfect size. I cannot give any place a better review. Prices are more than fair. I hope you check it out.

Fantastic experience: Coming from a fitness lover who has been a member of the new 96th Street MEI since it's opening, this gym is by far the nicest and most inclusive facility I have ever been apart of. The friendly owner Mel Rivera has a true passion for fitness and taking care of his gyms and clients. You won't find another membership that offers classes, tanning, and 24/7 access at such an affordable price. I would highly recommend MEI fitness to any beginner or advanced gym goer!

Fantastic experience: Mei Fitness isn't just a gym to me, but more like a place I can go to at any time of the day and feel like I'm a part of a family. The staff at Mei Fitness are so caring and eager to help. Anthony (their trainer) really cares and connects with all his clients, making Mei Fitness such a friendly environment. He remembers everyone's names and you're life story if you give him the chance to listen to it!!!! He also teaches the classes and makes it applicable for each person at every fitness level. Griffin is also always there to answer questions no matter what he is doing. Everyone at Mei Fitness cares so much about all the members. They also make sure the equipment is kept new and clean for everyone. The owner Mel Rivera is really doing an amazing job here at Mei Fitness on 96th street. I strongly recommend dropping your other memberships and joining the Mei family.

Fantastic experience: I have been into fitness for 5 years now and been to a lot of different gyms. I have never seen a cleaner gym, or a more friendly staff than what i experienced at Mei Fitness. Friendships were built quickly with all the workers, and they are still growing today. Previous to this I was at a large gym chain for 4 years and never met one single person. There is something special about Mei fitness and recommend it to anyone interested in going to the gym no matter what shape you're in. I know they have great trainers that will meet you where you are and help you reach your full potential. Another huge plus about mei fitness is the equipment. It is always clean and they have anything you could ever need for a very affordable price. If you have not checked it out, I would definitely recommend it as soon as possible.
