Pilates of Amelia

Fantastic experience: I recently started going to the Pilates studio and opted for personal instruction, this has been one of the best exercises I have ever done and the instruction from Diane is great - it is a mix of both the reformer, as well as bar and floor depending on what you need I had never done Pilates and as a newbie felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

All of the professional trainers are top notch; meeting you where you are in your physical fitness and challenging you every time you visit. The workouts are never the same and always a lot of fun! Fantastic experience: I have been going now for a few weeks. I absolutely love it. Great work out and also flexible for those who may have any body mechanic issues. Really like the machines and how it feels like a mixture of yoga and weight training. Plan to keep going for a really long time.

Fantastic experience: World class pilates here on Amelia Island. All the pilates equipment, from reformers to Cadillac, Wundachair and more. The real stand-out here is the instructors, especially Diane. What I love most is that every workout is different, so my mind and body are always challenged. I've practiced at pilates studios in LA, Chicago, and Switzerland, and I can say with certainty PoA won't disappoint!
