Fantastic experience: Traveled to Amelia Island for work. Hit this gym on the way in. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Fairly competitive group of folks in my class had me pushing a little harder than normal. Also, a good hang after class was over.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 90% disabled vet with lower back problems and was skeptical as to what I could do. Josh and his staff tailored exercises that I could do on the fly without sacrificing a good workout. His staff were patient and attentive to both myself and the group and we never missed a step. Wish I lived here.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and even better people! I dropped in for a Saturday WOD and had a great experience. The Coaches were on point and very welcoming. They're the kind of people that don't ask "what was your name again?". The workout was tough, but the gym members were sure to cheer me on/push me through the WOD. I'll without a doubt return for another workout next time I'm in the area.
