Fantastic experience: I have been to many types of gyms and I can honestly say this is the very best gym I have ever attended. There are several aspects that set this gym apart from the rest, even in the Crossfit community. -Instruction: Jake and Sunny Hutton are the owners. They are both former College S&C coaches and have both the experience and certifications that make them top notch instructors. Movement quality and injury prevention are much more important than the weight used or the quantity of reps performed. They understand nutrition and have designed a program for me and many others to help reach our goals. -Programming: Many times in other gyms I thought a workout was designed because it was either hard or because the trainers just didn't understand the science behind strength and conditioning. The workouts here are designed to have you gain muscle and lose fat. It is training the body versus just exercise. Crossfit is a great discipline, but it has many flaws. Jake and Sunny understand the limitations and work to overcome them so that each client stays healthy and progresses physically. -Community: This is one of the big pluses of Crossfit gyms in general, and Rockwell certainly fits the bill. This is a welcoming tight knit group of people that push each other in friendly competition to perform better. -Ownership: Jake is a world-class athlete, but is still very humble and approachable. He has a passion for health and wellness and freely shares his knowledge to help his clients. Sunny gets along well with everyone and is very fair as she handles the membership side of the business. There is something here for all levels and types of athlete and both owners strive to understand each client and their goals- They even let you change the music that's being played! I recommend this gym to individuals serious about losing fat and building muscle as well as those who want to enhance the quality of all aspects of their lives.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great trainers. The field is great for outdoor workouts in the spring- fall, and the sauna is great year round for recovery.

Fantastic experience: Rockwell is my absolute favorite gym. The programming is amazing and the coaches are even better! Whether you want to get a good workout in with your friends or are looking to train and compete, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life. I love the family atmosphere and all the encouragement you get. I have learned more then just how to lift. I have learned how to take care of my body from mental to physical. The coaches care just as much about your mental health as your physical health. If you don't believe me come in and check it out.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding facility. As a regular gym goer for 15+ years, I am finally seeing a huge change in my fitness after joining Rockwell for nearly a year. The expense is absolutely worth it for the mental and physical improvements to my health. The trainers are excellent and extremely knowledgeable and everyone is welcome; experienced or not. Life changing place.

From day one they made me feel at home and motivated me to push myself harder than ever before. You won't find a gym with a better atmosphere. They make you feel like family! Fantastic experience: This is so much more then a gym, this is a community of people cheering each other on when pushing past personal limits. The coaches are phenomenal, they care about each persons success and will help you to achieve what ever goals you have. I have been going here for almost a year and I am still interested in the daily workouts and I'm reaching goals I never thought I could reach!

Fantastic experience: I love this place!! I have been to Vasa Fitness and paid for a personal trainer he was ok but nothing compair to Rockwell Crossfit! This trainers make you feel and see the positive body change they are great... And they have great prices I recommend them with a 5 star!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place!! I started in January 2016 and by April 2016 I had lost 50lbs! The trainers take the time to help you and they have a sincere interest in seeing you reach your goals! They have created a friendly and motivating environment that makes you look forward to going everyday!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Rockwell Crossfit. I want to thank Coach Beau and Caitlyn for inspiring me and helping me to become the best self I can be. For the longest time it was so hard for me to be happy with who I was because I didn't like my shape and I didn't feel good. Not only that I was never motivated and felt like I was just a skinny kid and that's how I viewed myself. I started going to Rockwell and had an amazing experience and change. Beau told me during a workout once "stop feeling sorry for yourself and lets get to work!!" Not only did they work with me but they trained me to get better and better and to never hold back. This place will always be close to my heart. If you are ever wanting to make a change in your life and are ready to fall in love with fitness and make some friends along the way this is a place for you.
