Fantastic experience: This place is a GEM! Truly one of Evansville's treasures. I started strength training at Fitness World and saw all of these people with huge smiles wearing boxing gloves in another area of the gym. I spoke with the person who looked to be the coach of this program and discovered that it's a family operated boxing and fitness center. I have been going for about 3 years now and I recommend everyone I know to check out their youth programs and adult fitness classes. Here's what I've learned- The coach is a professional boxer with an impressive record- he knows what he's doing, he's lived it. He is protective of students that do want to spar and ensures their safety He and his wife are EXCELLENT at teaching (coaching) and are so good with kids. My favorite part is how friendly they are, genuine, down to earth people who are doing good things in our town. Boxing is for everyone, you don't have to fight anyone or be any certain age or body type. Xfit always has music blasting and is a judge free environment. Release stress, feel confident, and have fun!

Fantastic experience: Good place for kids to learn boxing. The instructors are really hands on and my kids are enjoying the experience. Membership fees are super reasonable and insures this will be a regular part of my kids schedule going forward. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can NOT say enough nice things about this program and the people that run it! Very well organized and also disciplined. Kids have a blast and learn so much! My children & I go twice a week and don't plan on quitting anytime soon!!!
